My husband and I worked with Kelle O'Keefe out of this office when we bought our home in Lunenburg…read moreMA. She was a miracle worker! We were living in VA and she did video tours of houses on FaceTime so we could see them. We found a house pretty quickly and were a week from closing when the appraisal came back lower and the sellers wouldn't drop the price. Back to square one and we had to find a house ASAP! Kelle didn't miss a beat in finding and scheduling tours. She worked tirelessly over a holiday weekend and was always looking out for our best interest. She has extensive knowledge of the area, of homes and the housing market. We finally found our dream home after putting 7 offers on different houses that fell through on the sellers side each time! She never complained! And she made it happen!! Thank you Kelle for kicking butt and getting us our dream home! Could not have done it without you!!

I just left an open house that was one of your listings in Pepperell, MA. I tried to get a showing…read moreprior to that and was told no showings prior to the open house and also that we could not get an appt for the open house as it was first come first serve. The open house started at 10, I arrived at 10:15 as well as my realtor. There was a line of about 6 groups. I waited an hour and only moved two spaces. If you are going to run an open house like that there should have been time limits. I left after an hour. Also, the pool was not open so people could see the condition of the pool (even after being told it needed some repairs). We were also told we could not touch anything in the home, nor open any doors or cabinets (even though everyone was wearing masks and gloves). Even my realtor said it was the most poorly run open house he had seen. I went to that open house fully intending to make an offer well over asking. Now, I won't even be bothered to go back and look at it.

My husband and I just completed a cross-country move, relocating from California to Massachusetts…read more(with a baby, in a pandemic, hello stress!!), and with the help of Pelletier Properties, we bought our home sight unseen. We made the biggest purchase of our lives with the help of Nick and Annie, and trusted them implicitly to help us orchestrate everything for us from the east coast. Giving us a FaceTime property tour, setting up an inspection for us, helping us get an attorney and home insurance company...I cannot recommend them highly enough. Buying a home sight unseen could have been a truly anxiety-producing life event, but they helped us every step along the way. We couldn't be happier with our home and will be eternally grateful to Pelletier Properties for helping us get here! :)

I've used Nick Pelletier as a Realtor a few times. I'm a Realtor myself originally from central MA…read morebut I work in Los Angeles. That being said, I have very high standards for how an agent should treat their clients. I've trusted numerous relatives of mine with Nick and he's always been a true professional. Our most recent interaction was for the sale of my aunt's house in Leominster. It was an emotional sale of a home that has been in the family for 50+ years. We interviewed 3 agents for the listing, and much to our surprise, we got very different opinions on what the house was worth. They ranged from 200-250k. Nick was confident that he could sell the home for 250k and he was right! They had multiple offers after about a week on the market, over asking price. If we'd gone with one of the other very reputable agents, we would have left 40-50k on the table for her. Nick is quick to respond, extremely knowledgable of the market, and experienced with investment properties. He's also one of the most laid back, non pushy agents I've ever met. I couldn't recommend him more!!
