The shop is located in the small village of Proctorsville, Vt. It's easy to find in a big yellow building. The yarns are primarily from local spinners, their sheep and llamas. The yarn quality and selection are both outstanding. An excellent knitter always seems to to be there to give you advice and help you get started.

CeCe offers Wednesday night knitting where they pick projects or you can just join and work on your project. Thursday is open knitting or any project you want to do in the afternoon. The people who go to this range from new knitters to experienced knitters and everyone is always willing to help. The selection is vast and CeCe offers classes from learning how to weave to knitting classes (making socks or mittens) or felting classes. CeCe listens to her customers and is always open to suggestions on what classes you are interested in. I find her prices are competitive and she carries excellent quality items. It is definitely the place to go as you will not be disappointed.

I was returning to Toronto from a girls' weekend at a lake house in CT and included the shop on my route home. I was planning to only allow myself 30min, but stayed for over an hour. I came away with some lovely yarn for a new project, an extra skein (just because it was a gorgeous colour), a cute project bag and some stitch markers to share with knitting friends. I had a wonderful chat with Jodi, who is recently retired from her teaching career and the new owner of the shop! She is so excited about this new venture and preparing for the upcoming NY Sheep & Wool Festival. Go visit this lovely shop! You won't regret it!
