So if you're a crafter, you know exactly what you need and want! Sorry, I started off by saying that I'm crafty, but I'm not a crafter . We visited the store in search of making a charm bracelet bar for a birthday party . We asked for help and there was only two employees in the whole store and we were trying to figure out why there were no charms or we couldn't find XYZ and we were having so many other little issues. It seems like they have the same six different charms and different styles. We were looking for book related charms and you know summer seasonal travel and they just didn't have it. What went well? Her name is Regina aka "Regi" (sp?). She was more than helpful more than kind and had very good recommendations & suggestions. I was directed the day before to speak to Kaitlyn in custome framing about some questions I had on an Andy Warhol print I needed framed. She ran a few ideas by me and then today I went in with the actual print which is a unique size (30 x 40). She told me I could actually layer frame styles and put two frame styles together to create one unique style that would hold such a large size. I was on a budget so she made a few recommendations between clearance frames and regular price and I have to say she was beyond helpful and nice. I picked out two really cool styles and am now getting a $1000 frame for $182!! Between clearance and the register coupon for $25 off that I had earned the night before. Very poor customer service! Management is horrible. Went to the store to get an item that was online in clearance , at the store it was not on clearance. The lady that worked there mention if i was able to find it online and show it to her and it was the exact item they will be able to honor it. I went the next day to show them and they mention they can not honor it. I spoke with management and they denied it. I have my mother in law as witness that they mention they were able to. When i called back to complain management mention that they didnt see it was the same item. When clearly! The picture i showed had the same exact name of box, footage, etc. Everything matched the same. She told me she didnt see. Which is a lie that i zoomed all in the picture and mention to her that everything is the same. Why would an employee tell me on thing and it can not be honored. I find that very very poor service. Corporate will be called. Management didnt even to try to please a customer at all. read more

Went in to get some water color pencils and brushes. Held off on the water color pencils they were $20.00 than at Office Depot for the same exact brand and quantity. A few dollars: okay but $49.99 compared to $29.99 for the same exact item. I don't think so. Got the brushes anyway, noticed some adult coloring books on a rack saying Michael's brands buy 1 get another 50% off. Picked out 2 marked "Exclusive for Michael's, get to the register and they both rang up full price. The girl, who was very polite, checked and it came back they were not "Michael's" books. Exclusively for is not their own? Did not buy either one. Seems misleading to have items in a rack that seem to fit the sale criteria but really don't. Combined with the high differential in the pencil price, and the misleading "sale" markings, I won't go back. There are other art and craft stores that apparently want customers: I'll go to those from now on. read more
