It's a little hard to see from the street, but is located in Uptown Plaza behind Pepper's Restaurant and next to La Posada Spa. As you enter the building you are greeted with elegance and beauty. The place is decorated in a way that inspires you. One side of the shop has walls lined with sample picture frames, a workspace to set your piece you want framed. A counter with mat samples is also available, so you can see how everything will look on your piece of art, painting, print, or whatever else you are looking to frame. While I was there a man came in with a beautiful scarf that was a family memento he wanted framed. I only was looking for a quote to replace the double mat and glass on a commercially framed print which had been damaged. The lady who works there greeted me and very quickly was able to do the measurements and provide me with a quote. Their work is not cheap, but they do top quality work (the man with the scarf was a repeat customer). I had already received a quote from Hobby Lobby, probably the only competitor I knew about until yesterday. Artline's prices are significantly lower than Hobby Lobby, and they are much quicker. Since my commercially framed print wasn't worth the cost of the repair I decided not to have it done. However, if I am ever in need of custom frame work, I now know where to go. How could she know that if I payed 50% upfront if she wasn't profiling. Once I purchased i voiced my cocerns she yelled and argued again and blocked my path out of store grabbing lunding at my property . She said she was going yro call for a man to do I don't know what I ran out of store in fear.

Years ago I had a side business of artificial plants and flower arranging, and made swags, wreaths, and all kinds of arrangements for home decoration. I took pride in using high quality materials. Hobby Lobby has some of the best quality and most realistic greenery and flowers I have ever seen. (They also have less expensive lower and medium quality available, but you get what you pay for!) They also have a huge variety of flowers in natural and fashion colors to match your needs. They also have an enormous variety of fabric, ribbons, notions of all kinds, for whatever project you have in mind. I don't sew, but I needed some fabric and material to refresh some mats for a picture for my office and found just what I needed. In the past I did find buttons here to replace some on a favorite shirt. Hobby Lobby does offer custom framing and mat services, however that is quite expensive IMHO. For double mats and new glass for a 31 X 31 print in a frame the quote was $130. I didn't want to spend that much. So I reused the old mats by covering them with fresh materials purchased at Hobby Lobby (I purchased the glass separately elsewhere). It ran me less than $50 and I like it better than with traditional mats. (picture is included). Even if you are not into doing a craft yourself, there are many crafts and decoration items here already finished. It's a great place to browse and get inspired. I enjoy walking around and seeing the different sections by motif: western décor, art deco, shabby chic, old elegance, to sparkly and pink for your little girl's room. The atmosphere is always peaceful. Hobby Lobby also offers party supplies and supplies for special occasions such as a wedding (tiaras, ostrich plume pens, boutonnieres and corsages, etc.) Be aware that there are usually some kind of specials going on, such as 40% off table ware, or 30% off artificial succulents... I got 50% off the gold trim I purchased for my project. There are coupons you can get online as well. So if you think something is priced at more than what you want to pay and are patient it will likely go on sale soon!
