I went to this con store based on THIER Sunday ad. When I took the items, that by their ad was on sale, to the register the cashier not only had no clue about the ad, but essentially accused me of trying to get a discount on items for which I was not entitled. When I told them that the items were in flier for today's paper, they said they didn't read the paper or even have a copy of he ad so I would have to pay full price. Then they said IF I would have carried the paper with me, I might have been able to get the discount, but that they doubted it existed. The employees were arrogant and rude, which made the experience embarrassing and lame. Are you kidding me???!!!??? They had NO CLUE as to what they were offering. When I returned home, I called them and they told me to bring the ad in so they could see what ads THEY were offering. I told the lady that she must be kidding as I was not going across town, AGAIN, to show THEM what THEY were offering and to be accused to trying to rip them off by not playing along with their bait and switch in front of several other customers. I asked for the number to their corporate office and that of the store director (she is suppose to call, but I am not holding my breath). When I called this bait and switch company's "customer service number" and waited through a moronic list of phone options, I was instructed to email them, really? The options were nothing but sale spins as opposed to ANY customer service. How pathetic is this con company? No wonder they are in trouble as their service is disgustingly horrific! They not only lie along with baiting and switching people, but have ZERO customer service. Avoid these thieves and morons like the plague as the prices at every other store are better and they actually have customer service as opposed to this draconian crap company that can't even face up to their so-called customers after THEY get caught trying to bait and switch a customer. I will never TETURN to this crap company as they are liars, have no customer service and are TOO STUPID to know what THEY put on Sale.
