The staff are super sweet and kind. As soon as my toddler and I walked in, we were greeted kindly and patiently. The cashier I spoke to was also super friendly despite trying to do the inventory and take care of us. She does an excellent job, since the shop is better stocked than a lot of the big box places I've been to and they don't have the advantage of the self-inventorying point of sales system that a lot of big box places have. I usually order my needles and notions because I like to use one particular brand and was thrilled to see it here. It's really hard to find the interchangeable cables for this brand in the smaller sock lengths I like to use even online and I was excited to see them here. I will definitely be back; this place will easily be my go-to for embroidery floss and needles, in addition to yarns. If they end up getting a spinning section, I will never have to shop online again!
