They have done a wonderful job of printing all of my projects. They take time to talk to me about what I'm looking for, make recommendations about paper choices, are good at communicating, responding, and are just generally really nice people! The cashier I spoke to was also super friendly despite trying to do the inventory and take care of us. She does an excellent job, since the shop is better stocked than a lot of the big box places I've been to and they don't have the advantage of the self-inventorying point of sales system that a lot of big box places have. I usually order my needles and notions because I like to use one particular brand and was thrilled to see it here. It's really hard to find the interchangeable cables for this brand in the smaller sock lengths I like to use even online and I was excited to see them here. I will definitely be back; this place will easily be my go-to for embroidery floss and needles, in addition to yarns.
