There was one sign behind the register that was 3" x 4" that stated no refunds in letters 1/2 inch tall, along with a bunch more verbiage. We mentioned that the person who checked us out had not mentioned the No Refund policy and the Store Manager said, "Well, you didn't ask.." and "Well, it's your responsibility to know our store policy.." They even had a super small sale section in an upstairs annex as well as a rack out on the sidewalk with items discounted. The following day - before we went for a hike and headed out of town - my friend and I walked by on our way to coffee and I saw the dress I had purchased not more than 24 hours before discounted by 20%. I grabbed it and took it inside and asked the gal behind the counter if I could get a price match since I had just bought the exact dress. She said when they have two items or less they do that... they had two when I bought mine. She said she'd have to ask the manager/owner and I said, "Please do". Fortunately, she was right around the corner and she came over and easily said, "Of course I'll do that" and they refunded me $25. She was so nice. She said she totally understood and she was going to wear the same dress to a wedding that weekend. So friendly, and such an easy thing to do. Highly recommend. I went into a few of the other shops while here and no one was as easygoing and friendly as this shop.

My husband was with me and he was happy because they had chairs he could sit in while I shopped. All boutiques should do that.
