My 1st 10-Ster review! Read on-…read more -----Crash!!----- Followed by crunch, grind, and smash! All I wanted to do was scarf down a breakfast sandwich at my local WaWa and I got sideswiped! MY insurance adjuster said these amazing folks were pre-approved, so I went with them. She set me an appointment and off I went to drop off my still drivable car. Arriving- I don't' know Eagle Lake but my GPS made it a snap. This is one of their many locations and is just about a year old. Lots of parking and easy drop-off area. Ambience- Not fancy but clean and comfortable waiting area with coffee, water etc. The place is huge with 24 bays plus a paint shop. Customer Service- I was checked in by a very pleasant lady and then, right on time, I met Chris! He proceeded to give me amazing service. He went over my car and clearly explained the process. He explained that it might take a while due to waiting for parts. For the next two weeks his follow-up was beyond perfect! I was contacted twice a week by text and by phone. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Workmanship- The entire left side of my car was damaged including the front bumper, front wheel damage, and destroyed left mirror. Of course, all the left-side body panels were also damaged. When I picked up my car, as you can see from my picture, it was perfection! I didn't even need to return my Enterprise rental car as they took care of it for me. They even followed up again when I was home to make sure I was satisfied. Conclusion- I've been an Elite Yelper for 16 years with almost 1500 reviews so when I say 10-Stars it's a big deal and they deserve it!

I can honestly say this is the best auto body shop experience I've ever encountered. I came up to the establishment, I spoke to Derek, he was a very welcoming person, very humble and friendly. Derek came out , went over areas needing repair, wrote up an estimate,I was very surprised, Derek gave me a very fair estimate , better than other shops around .I agreed and appointment was set. One point to mention, while I was waiting for Derek to complete the estimate, there was a beautiful 1969 Pontiac Le Mans that caught me eye, he took me back and allowed me to look at it as he said we painted it , it was a beautiful pearl White, I was impressed with the quality of work. He also introduced me to the painter, which in my book, this is a very good approach, I am a person in front of him and not just a name on an estimate. So I dropped of the car, it was done in two days, when I went to pick it up. This is where I was amazed. The bumper looked brand new, the paint smooth , no runs or specs, shiny, and most important , the paint is exact match. the dents are gone as if they were never there, and most importantly, my vehicle was clean, spotless inside and out.Mr. derek brought the car back to Pre-Loss condition, even made it look brand new. The craftsmanship, the care they take for peoples vehicles, I am satisfied with this bodyshop, I shall use them again and will recommend Derek and his shop to friends and family, they really care about you and your vehicle.
