MY insurance adjuster said these amazing folks were pre-approved, so I went with them. She set me an appointment and off I went to drop off my still drivable car. Arriving- I don't' know Eagle Lake but my GPS made it a snap. This is one of their many locations and is just about a year old. Lots of parking and easy drop-off area. Ambience- Not fancy but clean and comfortable waiting area with coffee, water etc. The place is huge with 24 bays plus a paint shop. Customer Service- I was checked in by a very pleasant lady and then, right on time, I met Chris! He proceeded to give me amazing service. He went over my car and clearly explained the process. He explained that it might take a while due to waiting for parts. For the next two weeks his follow-up was beyond perfect! I was contacted twice a week by text and by phone. He made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Workmanship- The entire left side of my car was damaged including the front bumper, front wheel damage, and destroyed left mirror. Of course, all the left-side body panels were also damaged. When I picked up my car, as you can see from my picture, it was perfection! I didn't even need to return my Enterprise rental car as they took care of it for me. They even followed up again when I was home to make sure I was satisfied. A&E auto body has been doing all my repairs to my vehicles over the years except for 1 time. That 1…read moretime I had another shop that the insurance recommended, and that shop did a horrible job. I swore I would not take any future vehicles to any other shop than A&E after that. Low and behold my wife backed into a telephone pole and did minor damage to the rear of our vehicle. I took it to A&E and they got to work on it. It did take about a month to get it done but this was mainly due to waiting on insurance company getting adjuster out to see any additional damages they found after taking the car apart. Not A&E fault just the problem with going with an auto body repair place that isn't on the insurance companies "list" of vendors. Just remember the reason those other body shops are on the insurance companies "LIST" is because they will do thing cheaply and in the best interest of the insurance company and the body shop, not you, the insured. The only thing i wished would have happened would have been the repairs were done faster but after waiting and getting the car back it repaired perfectly. I can say I would have rather them take their time and make it look this good rather than get it done fast and its a hack job.
