They don't have the same brand as Joannes and Michael's and there were some slightly different color selections but definitely not as much variety. In addition, they only offer the 140% off coupon as opposed to Joannes and Michael's that have more coupons available. I also thought the clearance section was larger than it was but soon realized that it was mainly leftover Christmas items and not much more. I guess you just have to catch it at the right time.

Warning We purchased a table from this thrift store about a month ago, with delivery to be arranged…read morelater. Over that month, we called multiple times trying to schedule it, but no one would help or check on the order. We had always made a point to support this store--even going out of our way to bring our donations there--because we believed in supporting a local cause. Delivery was finally set up on April 16th by the delivery person. However, when the delivery was supposed to take place, we received a call saying the table was no longer available--they had put it back out on the floor and sold it again after already scheduling delivery. That makes absolutely no sense. Also, when going to collect a refund-that table was on the floor-they could have made this right, but chose not.to... Adding to the frustration, when we called today for answers, Brianna was extremely rude and hung up on me while I was trying to get information. I called back and spoke with Taylor, who was more understanding, but still did not take steps to make the situation right. From a customer standpoint, this did not feel like an ethical or fair way to handle a paid purchase that had already been committed to a buyer. We understand mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, organization, and follow-through made this situation much worse. After this experience, we will not be shopping here again.

The service was excellent! It was quick in and out trip like I hope it would be. Lots of parking but quite hard to get into the parking areas, tight space and awkward turns.

Selections for men as well: grooming and soap, flashlight caps, and clever, irreverent socks for everyone. I love coming into this store. It's also a lovely place to get a reasonable "thinking of you" gift for a friend or neighbor. Inventory is contemporary and has a little something for every age: toys for children, rich lotions for adults, Hallmark souvenirs. The staff is kind and everyone there cares about their customers and the quality of the merchandise they offer. If you're into engraving, they can do that too. I love the kitchen towels and pet-themed gifts for those of us whose children have four legs and a tail.

I was told it would be ready in a few days, but since I was going out of town, I did not need to pick it up for a week. Upon my return, I went in to pick up the bracelet. The owner was somewhat confused and said that she did not have it at the shop, as she worked on repairs at her home. She thought it might be in her car, but it was not. I have been back four times since and the bracelet is still not finished. Now I'm being told that I am number 5 on her list! I was never given a phone call to say that the repair was delayed, as I was led to believe it would be ready "the next day" after every visit to the shop. At this point, I'm not sure if I will ever receive the bracelet back. I will think twice about taking items there in the future.
