Trying to keep my security deposit I even sent a letter disputing because was never in my apt but charged me for blinds that was never in the place I even had what they call is a charge for what? Never answered me. Katy herself always said she liked how I took care of the property even got a gift card in the beginning. Also she said numerous times she never seen the inside of my place on top of never brought forth my move in sheet with what was wrong at the time I moved in asked her many times to. But is expecting she is gonna keep it. When you asked for work to get done she complained about her maintenance guys and said owner of place refused to put money into the place. I would never deal with them all they want is money and said could get more money from students. Made me move out when I had surgery around Christmas.. she also charged me for removal of stuff when a garage was never on my lease as well as 3/4 of the stuff in there was from previous owner and other tenants relatives. Katy also will talk so much crap to others when you call her out for her unprofessional behavior. All she wants is $$$ don't care about tenants at all.

Luckily (for us) they were not able to get financing for the house, and we were able to purchase it. The only piece of real estate that he showed us was his own listing, not at all what we were looking for, and just demonstrated his lack of commitment to helping us buy our first home. I was deployed in the Persian Gulf at the time, so my wife was going through the process largely on her own. It is an understatement to say that he was not helpful with this extremely stressful experience. I would not recommend him to anyone.
