Within a two year span, I was dealing with a property in probate with 10 beneficiaries and trustee to another property due to losses of loved ones. My attorney referred me to 5 real estate agents. After interviewing all 5 candidates, I decided to go with Michael Young at Princeton Pacific Properties. Michael took his job as a professional and with compassion. Michael looked for the best options for the property and communicated with all 10 beneficiaries. He did his research in finding the best scenario to sell the property in its current condition. Not only did he work well with the beneficiaries, he worked well with the attorney, the court mandates, and anyone else involved with the transaction of selling the property. He was able to sell the property within a month and got well over the asking price. Even though it was a year later selling the probate property, Michael regularly checked in to see how he could support the trust property. He was able to recommend a company to do the sewer lateral and sidewalk compliance work that needed to be done. He sounded polite when he asked for me, but immediately hung up when I inquired who he was; as others have said he has no common courtesy. My only experience with Michael Young was this week when we were involved in one of his listings in Marin. He has shown he is unethical and unproffesional. After our realtor and Michael negotiated to a price all parties agreed to, we immediately signed our contract and sent it to him. After that, we made calls and set appointments to home inspectors, title company's, contractors, loan agents, friends, and family. This is the first home purchase in my life and one of my life long dreams so you can imagine how excited I am. Two days go by (one of which is a holiday) without hearing anything back. I ask my realtor to call and find out what is going on. After trying to get a hold of Michael Young, my realtor gets a voicemail from him saying they decided to go with another buyer who offered more. Crushed! Unbelievable.
