My living situation at the time had become untenable and I really needed this ASAP. At the same time, however, I have a stressful job and adding more stress to my dwindling free time was an agonizing concept. I'm mid forties now and find myself, more and more, growing weary of the world. So naturally, I'd been dragging my feet for months when a friend, somewhat forcefully, referred me to Megan. Still, I managed to procrastinate a few weeks more before being strong-armed into finally reaching out. My only regret, and I don't say this lightly, is not reaching out sooner. Once Megan was at the helm all the chaos in my head became a streamlined process that saw me living in my very own home, start to finish, just over two months later. It could have been even sooner had it not been for my own indecisiveness. Megan's wealth of knowledge and experience, her many connections within the industry, as well as her patience, attentiveness, and empathy were invaluable throughout the process; the latter traits being key for me.
