This complaint summarizes concerns with Attorney Robinson's communication, responsiveness,…read moreguidance, case preparation, professionalism, and post plea support. These concerns are presented in good faith and supported by documented communications. * Lack of communication: Attorney Robinson did not clearly or consistently communicate key case developments, including discovery, plea offers, court expectations, and next steps. * Responsiveness concerns: Attorney Robinson did not adequately respond to follow up questions about case status, evidence, strategy, plea options, or next steps. * Court appearance concerns: Attorney Robinson did not provide clear guidance about court appearances or timely follow up after court related discussions. * Limited guidance: Attorney Robinson did not clearly explain risks, options, or likely outcomes, making it difficult to make informed decisions. * Discovery concerns: Attorney Robinson did not timely share or fully explain discovery materials, and the information provided appeared incomplete. * Plea concerns: Attorney Robinson did not meaningfully discuss plea options, negotiation strategy, or whether further negotiation was available before the case moved forward. * Post plea support: Attorney Robinson did not provide needed resolution paperwork after the plea and directed the family to obtain documentation from the county clerk. * Professionalism concerns: Attorney Robinson's communication was adversarial and unprofessional, including referring to the family as difficult and ending a call abruptly. Based on these concerns, I would not recommend Attorney Robinson's services for future representation. Confidence in his ability to take the case to trial was not established, and the case was ultimately resolved through a seven-year plea, with three years to serve.

1/5 Extremely…read moreconcerning experience with Sharon Jackson's office. I contacted the office specifically because I was looking for representation in my divorce. Before sharing sensitive details, I directly asked the staff whether they had spoken with my wife or were representing her. I was told no. I relied on that answer and proceeded to disclose private and sensitive information about my divorce and circumstances. I later developed reason to believe there may have been prior contact or a potential conflict involving my wife. Had I been told that before discussing my case, I would never have disclosed anything. For a family-law firm dealing with highly confidential and adversarial matters, prospective clients need to be able to trust that conflicts are properly checked before they are encouraged to discuss sensitive information. I have retained documentation of my communications with the office and have submitted the matter to the appropriate professional authorities for review. Based strictly on my personal experience, I would not recommend this office.
