I had called around to other lawyers and law offices and they were condescending and only made me more nervous about the situation I was in. Melissa was the exact opposite. I believe her first words were, "Everything is going to be okay, don't worry." She was extremely thorough and I actually felt safer knowing she was on my side. She communicated everything to me in terms I could understand and kept me up to date and in control of my case. If at any point something would change (in my case or in her working situation) I would receive a phone call asking my thoughts about an issue before she would act. I'm not sure how any of you would feel about this, but I LOVED it. Not only did she have more experience than she had told me, she used all of it to benefit me the most.
