The root canal was done through a bridge that had been installed over a decade ago. After they installed the permanent filling, 5 days later, my bridge fell off while I was eating. I called back with the problem and was told to come back and they would reattach it. After a lot of "prep" work, the reattachment charges were over $500 and 30 days later it came off again. Needless to say, I wasn't going back there to let them try again and CHARGE me again. The competent dentist that did reattach it said they almost destroyed one of the teeth that was an anchor, making the reattachment difficult. STAY AWAY AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Good hit with a $1722.00 bill when I went up front to check out. Long story short root canal was a big failure , permanent crown was full of cement in it and around it and tooth went bad. Had to have everything removed ($425) then onto a bone graft and restoration at $1772,00 Fight with these people or 3 months for a refund of my $1722.00 Was told by one manager that Yes I was entitled to it and kept jerking me off for 3 months. Now told today they don't do refunds and refused to give me owners name and phone number which by the way is Dr Sirivulu I found by searching Stay away from here. I ended up having gum line issues/bleeding/ and color mismatch from my prior crowns and 3 years after the procedure I ended up back in Dr. Michaelson's office. Once I decided to move forward with my crown revision, he was very honest and straightforward with how I could best achieve the look I wanted, what my future with the crowns looked like, and timeline. They were also up front and transparent with pricing. Even though they are on the higher end price wise, the lab they used did an amazing job to match the color and it has now been over a year and my teeth have held up nicely. I was also very nervous for how long the temporaries needed to be on because of how bad temps have been in the past but these temporaries were not bad at all. For general dental visits: all of my cleanings were awesome/pain free and you could tell that they knew how to be careful with maintaining integrity of any dental work. Only experience that I feel like could be improved upon was X-Ray process. I have never been that uncomfortable from just getting dental images but they also got the most in depth photos I've ever had done so that could be why. Lastly, they always tried to accommodate my schedule and fit me in when they could. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelson and his team. If I did not move I would still be going for my annual exams and any additional work.
