The store is big and has a great range of furniture styles and accent pieces at different price points. What really stood out was how well they set up their model living rooms, dining spaces, and bedrooms that make it easy to picture everything in your own home. We were looking for a King bed frame and a 10-seat dining table. While the bed frame search didn't pan out, we totally lucked out with the dining table. It wasn't something pulled straight from a catalog- but we fell in love with a table displayed in one of the showrooms. Though all the furniture here is new, the owner (?) was upfront and mentioned that the oak dining table was handmade and previously owned. Still, it was a total keeper and a real bargain. Like I often do with vintage wood pieces, I gave the table and chairs a good clean with soapy water and they looked fantastic. Service was excellent, and I appreciated the owner's honesty. After nearly two years with our gently-used oak dining table, we're still thrilled with it.

The folks at Furniture Plus are the best, knowledgeable, and friendly. There is a large selection at this store. For specialty items you may need to look on-line, they are available, but most items are well represented. No signs that say, "do not touch", "do not sit", or anything. I'm pretty sure if I sat there, it would've been fine and I'm 4 times her weight. After telling off my kid, he went back to ignoring us by the register, not looking up from whatever he was reading. I lost interest in the cases, accessories, and furniture. Dogs on leashes were in the store (no complaint from me; love me some doggoes) and no one was chasing after them to not touch the furniture. Whatever bad experiences they've had with other children is no excuse to embarrass my child or make her feel like she did anything wrong, and yes, the tone clearly made her feel that way despite us cooly, and quietly leaving.

It's an artisan business selling signed colorful glass objects such as vases, lamp shades and bowls. The uniqueness of each piece makes it so this is not an under $20 gift store but you are getting what you pay for.
