That is not an easy job, but Madeleine, Brandon, and Scott, our team, made it as easy as possible. We gave them the information that they asked for and they developed a series of proposals and options and we asked questions and more questions, (law often sounds like a foreign language), which they patiently and quickly answered by phone, email, messaging, etc. They have held our hands through the whole process and are continuing to hold it as we follow the instructions they have laid out. As we worked on the wills and powers of attorney, health instructions, etc., the pandemic was growing and so we did almost all of our communicating by phone conferencing or email. When papers needed signing, it was done outdoors in our car with masks and gloves. The procedure was well thought out and everything we needed was there and ready and now, COVID-19 conscious. All the work that they did for us was well planned and executed. That kind of work, the kind that really makes your life easier, costs money. It was worth it. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely MSW
