I'm sure all the vets are great, but I have been using Dr. Browning and trust her as much as my own doctors. She's brilliant very authentic won't get on the ground and kiss your dog like some other vets, but I'll trade that for her expertise. All the amazing staff knows my dog - they've been there for years- Chevy is 15 I go every three months for check ups and he has quite the following as always so well-behaved. A Staffordshire terrier/pitbull ambassador for bully breeds who in the world at restaurants stores is so well-behaved and it's always the little dogs barking at him. He loves shopping, always at the mall especially in summer heat- Adopt dont shop.

We've been with them for almost 5 years, since we had Dr. Doolie and Dr. Ali. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every time we brought our cats in, we were able to meet and speak with the doctor--even during regular visits--which showed how much they cared. Yesterday , we were told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to see the new doctor, since it was "just a vaccine" visit for my cat. That really surprised me. It's not about the money--we're always willing to do whatever is needed for our cats--but it made me feel like the doctor doesn't truly care. When it comes to your pets, it's normal to want to see and talk to the doctor, especially with someone new. This has never happened before, so it feels like it's all about business now. P.S. The staff are always kind and lovely--we still appreciate them--but we're just too disappointed to come back.

    It was a day of desperation. I have a six weeks old kitten who had diarrhea that I considered…read moresevere. I called West Boca and they couldn't see her. I called St. Andrew's and they couldn't see her. I then called the Wildes Rd location, and they too were too busy to see her. That location said I could try the other Coral Springs location but that they were always busy and much more than the Wildes Rd location. So Wildes Rd suggested I call Delray Beach location. I contacted Tiffany of Delray Beach location who stated they were booked for the day. Then Tiffany went the extra steps that made this a fabulous location. She asked what the problem was and I explained and also this kitten had a history of hook worms from the mother and had been treated. Tiffany decided to call and confirm all the appointments for the day to see if anyone would cancel. Sure enough, one person needed another day and Tiffany gave us the 5:30 appointment. I hadn't much experience driving in Delray and stated I would use Waze. Unfortunately Waze took me to their soon to open location a block away. I quickly called and stated what had happened. Tiffany stated to get back on the road, go another block to Pet Smart and I would find them there. She stated they were moving in about three weeks. Needless to say, upon my arrival they were waiting. All I can say is on a scale of 1 to 10, that day they were a 10. Professional in service, care by Vet and nurse was a 10. Most of all... THANK YOU TIFFANY FOR CARING AND GOING THE EXTRA MILE TO GET HER SEEN. Final note.. Should you go to this location, don't judge it by how it looks. They are moving to a new location in a few weeks. Even if they hadn't been moving, the quality of care and cleanliness is the most important and not the clean but stained countertops. Yes a 10 on that day. Thank you.     I just experienced the worst customer service experience in history! My husband was the account…read moreholder for our two dogs' wellness plans. When he passed away a few months ago, I notified the office, and they asked me to bring a death certificate so they could transfer the account into my name. I did that and thought it was all good. Today, I received an email that the account was overdue. I called the main customer service number, and I explained the situation, and he charged my credit card as I had put that on file when I thought the account was transferred into my name. Then I was transferred to another person who made sure I could log in to my account, as it was still under my husband's email. She told me that it is not possible to change the account over to a new person (me) and that I had to cancel and open a new plan. The third person I was transferred to was the worst customer service person I have ever encountered. He told me that the contract was no longer valid as the account holder had passed. When I asked him, while they were still charging my husband on his credit card and taking payment from me, even though the contract holder had passed and the contract was no longer valid, he accused me of fraud and trying to access a dead person's account and hung up on me. The man was just so rude, and I still can't believe that just happened.
