I'm sure all the vets are great, but I have been using Dr. Browning and trust her as much as my own doctors. She's brilliant very authentic won't get on the ground and kiss your dog like some other vets, but I'll trade that for her expertise. All the amazing staff knows my dog - they've been there for years- Chevy is 15 I go every three months for check ups and he has quite the following as always so well-behaved. A Staffordshire terrier/pitbull ambassador for bully breeds who in the world at restaurants stores is so well-behaved and it's always the little dogs barking at him. He loves shopping, always at the mall especially in summer heat- Adopt dont shop.

We've been with them for almost 5 years, since we had Dr. Doolie and Dr. Ali. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and attentive. Every time we brought our cats in, we were able to meet and speak with the doctor--even during regular visits--which showed how much they cared. Yesterday , we were told that we would have to pay extra if we wanted to see the new doctor, since it was "just a vaccine" visit for my cat. That really surprised me. It's not about the money--we're always willing to do whatever is needed for our cats--but it made me feel like the doctor doesn't truly care. When it comes to your pets, it's normal to want to see and talk to the doctor, especially with someone new. This has never happened before, so it feels like it's all about business now. P.S. The staff are always kind and lovely--we still appreciate them--but we're just too disappointed to come back.

This is by far the most expensive and least efficient veterinary clinic I have ever visited, with…read morevery poor pricing transparency. Two weeks ago, I brought my dog in for an ear infection. The vet spent about 10 minutes, applied some medication in the ear, did not provide any medication to take home, and asked us to return in one week. At checkout, I was told that credit card payments require an additional 3% fee, which I have never experienced at any other veterinary clinic. Since I had no cash, I paid $195. One week later, I returned for the follow-up visit. The vet looked at my dog's ear for less than 2 minutes, said it was fine, and I was charged another $26. A week after that, my dog's ear became red and inflamed again, with a lot of discharge. I later found out that my friend's dog had the same condition treated at this same clinic, was given medication to take home during the first visit, and paid $160 total. I called the clinic and was told I could come back to get the medication. However, when I arrived, a staff member named Megan insisted I had to pay an additional $56, claiming that the previous charges did not include the medication. I explained that this medication should have been part of the initial visit, but they refused to acknowledge it. In the end, I had no choice but to pay again. My total cost was $277 -- $107 more than my friend paid for the same issue. I understand veterinary care is expensive, but inconsistent explanations, repeated charges, and lack of transparency are unacceptable. I strongly recommend other pet owners confirm all costs in advance before choosing this clinic.

Their pricing seems reasonable, but if you schedule anything on the weekend or have a sick dog / pet, you might not be able to see the Vet at all. I see this is a common complaint. Also, they tend to overbook. I made an appt 10 days in advance and waited patiently. We came for dog's Hearworm shot, since he didn't have his chewable preventive one as we wanted to do a one year shot. Plus, to try and have his nails cut. A tech, Anna said he is not due for anything and my appointment was not for well visit. I told her my appt clearly says in the email we'll see the Vet, and over the phone, we'll be seeing his Vet, do hearworm test, exam, and get a shot besides nail trim. Not to mention I waited 1 hour, waisted out of busy day, no to give me any updates and then at end to tell me that. I told her that is unprofessional. We sat there for one hour and once we got up and left, they took a woman who came after us w her dog, and did not even wait 15min. They really have a disconnect of communications and what their front-end person does. I am in the healthcare field for over 22 years, and just to see unprofessional work, makes me cringe. Not even an apology for confusion or if they scheduled it wrong. The Vet Dr can be nice, but practice is small and disorganize. Yet, a person who answers the phone isn't the friendliest person at all. She truly needs some training. She even quoted me 3mo preventive medicine for my dog, over $85. I said, did the price go up? She said, it goes up every single year. When I came to the office to pay, and I was willing to pay any price, a girl, Anna, tells me it's $75 or the usual what we always pay. So the other one tried to overcharge me. When I needed an appt to check my dog's eye, they sent me to a clinic on Glades Road by Turnpike. Luckily, it was close to me and they were super nice (yet pretty empty). How can anyone be part of this Vet group when you have a sick pet they cannot see your pet? On the end, when I asked for some alcohol to clean my hands while siting there and all, they had none. Cross contamination at the finest. I'm grateful I have a friend who is a vet over 30 years and always to rely on, but since he travels a lot, we wanted a stable and dependable vet and place. I was wrong!

Dr. Zafir was incredibly kind, patient, and thorough. He took his time with our sweet senior girl, carefully explaining each step of the exam and walking us through his findings in terms that were easy to understand. We never once felt rushed or like he was hurrying off to the next appointment. That alone meant so much to us. His assistant (and wife) was equally compassionate and gentle, making the entire visit feel calm and supportive. It's such a gift to be able to handle what can often be an arduous and stressful task in the comfort of our own home. Removing the anxiety of travel and the clinic environment made a world of difference for our elderly dog, and for us. We are so grateful for the care, professionalism, and genuine warmth they brought into our home. Highly recommend to anyone with a senior pet, especially those needing a little extra patience and understanding.

I am an experienced pet parent myself and years ago worked at 7 different animal hospitals in NY as well as volunteered at shelters, so I have seen and experienced many things professionally and personally. Having a mobile veterinarian that does house calls is a game changer! Having Dr. Zafir & Heather are the absolute best! I am immune compromised now & disabled so I was specifically looking for a veterinarian who not only does house calls but who would wear an N95 respirator for me in my home. When I called Dr. Zafir he answered and was so kind and helpful & accommodating. I was very impressed with his bio and the reviews and the great website with photos & videos. I appreciated everything from the follow up calls to confirm the time prior to the appointment. When Dr. Zafir & Heather arrive md at my home I met them outside with sealed N95s the 3M aura which are the comfortable medical grade respirator masks and they greeted me warmly and I immediately felt safe even before they entered my home. The exam was brilliantly and flawlessly done in my bathroom with my kitten. My kitten has been scared since he got here but he was purring during the exam and let Heather & Dr. Zafir hold him and do everything they needed to do. I had an instant rapport with both of them and felt at ease and super impressed with how easy and stress free they made the exam process. This is so much easier for both the pets and pet parents for a multiple reasons as well as keeping a healthy pet safe and not picking up anything from sick pets in a waiting room at an animal hospital (which I used to witness all the time). I highly recommend Dr. Zafir & Heather for their outstanding service! My kitty agrees they are purrfection and pawsitivly marvelous. I absolutely adore them & am so grateful to have found them!
