We just bought our first home with Zach and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Throughout…read morethe process Zach was professional and communicated frequently to keep us in the loop on exactly what was going on and what needed to be done on our end. He made the process essentially stress-free and actually fun! Zach responded to emails/texts promptly and was always available to answer questions and attend showings. He never made us feel like a burden nor was he pushy which I really appreciated. Zach owns an old home himself and has a lot of knowledge about things to look for in homes. His transparency put us at ease and allowed us to make an informed decision. Perhaps most importantly, Zach is an excellent negotiator! His background in the business world definitely shows. He was able to get our offer accepted in a multiple-offers situation, without any kind of bidding war or other stressful scenario. Zach remained available and attended all of the important meetings through closing. We recommend him to everyone we know and will be using him as our agent when it comes time to sell our house.
