Misha consistently goes beyond the call of duty, intentionally preparing her buyers to enter the market with confidence. Misha evaluates each buyer and ensures you are not just ready to purchase a home today but that your financial habits allow you to keep your home. If you have the pleasure to be represented by her as your agent, you are blessed As a seller Misha was equally valuable. She shielded me from the tough aspects of selling any home, and again she realistically detailed the process. Misha made sure I understood the market and held me accountable for preparing my home to sell. Words cannot explain how fortunate I was and am to have her as a realtor. In summary, I'll recommend her to any first time homebuyer, experienced homeowner needing to sell or anyone looking for the best representation!

From our initial interactions to the process of obtaining a competitive interest rate, we often felt that our questions and concerns were more of an inconvenience than something that was genuinely valued. Unfortunately, our rate was also not locked in within the appropriate timeframe, which ultimately put us in a less favorable position. Perhaps this experience is specific to the lending process through Drees, but based on our experience, we would not recommend their lending services to others.

It is no surprise that Erin was recently listed as one of the top real estate agents in Cincinnati…read moreBeat's top of Cincinnati ranking. Erin Fay is by far the best real state agent we have ever worked with. Top quality - Erin has extensive real estate experience and will not hesitate to tell you how it is - she is honest and straight forward, and most importantly, patient. After 4 years of non stop searching for home in Cincinnati, we finally closed on a house in Columbia Tusculum last week. It was not easy. Countless house showings, several offers, online searches, and meetings - through it all, Erin was persistent, patient, and never lifted her foot from the pedal. Erin spent the time to truly gain an understanding of our dream home and was comfortable waiting weeks at a time in order to present us an option - and so many times, we would walk in the door and within 2 minutes she would directly say this is not what you guys are looking for. She could have tried to sell us it - but no, she knew that is not what we were looking for and would not fit us in the future. That is the model real state agent. Someone who is looking out for the interests of the buyer and has the patience to wait for the right house - versus looking at the quick sale with the houses currently on the market. There are too many agents shoving around clientele in order to make the quick sale. Thank you for your efforts the last 4 years Erin (we must have broken some records on number of houses toured and number of years searching). You are the model real estate agent. For anyone looking for a real estate agent - if you want a sincere, honest, and knowledgeable agent - this is the person.
