Without going into a lot of detail, I have a corporation, several small businesses and the need for a lot of coverage and various policies. My insurance agent of decades sold their practice, the company that took over was asleep at the wheel, and I discovered a lot of exposure and careless errors. I was on the hunt for an excellent insurance company to manage my portfolio and Darren from Whins has been amazing thus far. My excellent service started not with an attempt to convert my policies over so that they can make a commission, but rather getting on the phone and making sure that underwriting had the proper information. This is without them trying to make a commission, just simply making sure that I, the client had the best solution for my immediate needs. That speaks volumes to the integrity, and basic work ethic of the company. I'm still early on in the process but as I migrate my portfolio over, I am getting better coverage for less money, again, that wasn't the original goal, but I am certainly delighted. LOUIE IS THE MAN!…read more I've been getting my taxes done here for 6 years I believe? I was referred by a family member, I've had my taxes done by Justin, his father, his uncle, and Louie. I've had great experiences with each one, they were all great to spend a couple hours with and so helpful as far as taxes go. All of them completed taxes for me and my boyfriend and we both were very pleased with our services provided by all of them. Now let's go to Louie. Louie did my taxes last year, we talked the whole time and he was great. He is very thorough, experienced (he's been doing this forever.) and honest. I don't have a great understanding of taxes or how everything works and he does a great job of "explaining taxes in depth for dummies." Flash forward this year. I just opened a small business I started some aspects of the business with another company (I was in a hurry to get my S Corp paperwork in. Didn't even think of JJT and literally hate myself for not going there first because I was in a rush and panicked.) So once the dust settled and I had to put the pieces back together and get my small business organized and running I reached out to JJT. And who gives me a call?? LOUIE! We talked on the phone for almost an hour and got me in the right place and organized which he did not have to do, I'm So grateful He really took his time and ensured I understood everything. I took pages of notes and felt so much more confident. (again hating myself for not going here first!) Louie really knows what he's doing, if you are starting a business, you run a business already and want to switch companies (they literally do it all.), or taxes. Louie is the guy. Once I have my opening and begin making a steady revenue I plan on keeping in contact with Louie for business advice and planning, and obviously moving forward with all my business needs with Louie. But Enoc stood by us through every single hurdle. He worked with us for over a month, making sure our company and commercial policy stayed compliant. It's rare with any service to get real attention and support from a rep or agent, but I honestly feel like he is on my team and working for me whenever I need him. I was blessed enough to have found David Ellis (State Farm). First time I even spoke with David it was as if we had known one another for a long time. We were exchanging our favorite drink from Coffee Bean. Ironic he goes to the same Coffee Bean that I go to so I told him to order the Susy. I had only been with State Farm for a couple of months when I got into a pretty bad car accident. The day before Thanks Giving this lady blew a red light & of course just my luck I was the victim of her careless driving. Any who, I called State Farm they were actually closed, I left a message, with in a matter of minutes David calls me. Not only was this man concerned for my well being he actually gave me his cell phone number & he actually text me to see how I was doing. I always see the commercial on TV "Like a good neighbor State Farm is there," & man are they telling you the truth. The staff at David's office are incredible, particularly Cinthya, she is my to go to girl! Anything I need I shoot her an email & within minutes she has a response for me. They really do make you feel like you are a good friend/neighbor. Ok, so State Farm isn't the cheapest out there but the question you should ask your self is what kind of service do I want my insurance company to provide me. I remember I had to call Allstate once & I had to go through press option 1 for this & option 2 for that, you get the concept. Well with State Farm you don't get that, they are always there when you call, they are always friendly, & they are prompt with responses. So if you are looking for QUALITY & not Quantity then go over to State Farm & tell them Susy's review referred you to them. The whole staff is amazing but Cinthya definitely shines!
