The Dental Tech was caring and thorough. She explained each aspect of her efforts for me, and completed my x-rays in a timely and efficient manner. Dr. Stoffa reviewed all the details with me and explored my mouth gently so as not to cause any unnecessary pain. They were kind, welcoming, patient & great at communicating their care throughout the process. They were concerned with my comfort and focused on limiting my pain. I was initially disappointed that Dr. Russell was not the dentist I was seeing but Dr. Reynolds was simply wonderful. He explained my treatment plan and how they collaborated with specialists to design my care plan. He even broke down how to best target brushing and flossing to optimize the best results. He was even abreast of how inflammation and chronic conditions affect dental health and showed genuine concern with my care. Dr. Edwards has an amazing bedside manner, and personality. He and his assistant talked during my procedure. It was very general topic (TV) so I didn't feel as if they were talking as if I was not in the room. At one point Dr. Edwards, as he was drilling my tooth said something so funny...very hard not to laugh...very hard!! My wife, and my oldest son both come here as well. It is a great experience for all of us. They use technology very effectively. I get text messages with appointment reminders, and they sent me an email a few hours after I checked out wanting feedback. Best yet they deal with my insurance and are more then willing to work with you on a payment plan if needed. Honestly this is the type of service that you want to see everywhere!!

When she administered the numbing agent it was completely painless. Her technique was the best I have ever experienced. She also used only the amount necessary for the procedure itself to be painless and did not over use the agent to where my face was numb for hours. The root canal procedure was done very quickly and again painlessly. I have had numerous dental procedures over many years and I must say that today was by far one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. Moreover, she did everything required in one session and not requiring additional procedures on another day. I told Dr. Munn that her dental work on me today was fabulous and I was going to tell everyone that should they require her services, I wholeheartedly endorse her professional quality of care.
