The owner of the store waited on me personally, and she was extremely kind, helpful, and very professional. I told her all I was there for was some guitar picks. She was asking which type I wanted. I was a little, oblivious as to how I was supposed to do things, and she came in personally picked them out for me out of the little case which I should've been able to do myself, but didn't realize it. She was very nice and she explained to me some things about how it used to be her father's store until he passed away About four years ago.. I told her I didn't realize he had passed away, but that I had had some long discussions with him about drum symbols. That I thought he was a very nice and knowledgeable man and enjoyed our conversation very much and he educated me as far as drum symbols and other musical instruments were concerned. The owner gave me the guitar picks, and I tried to pay for them, told her that she didn't have to do that, but she insisted. I never have had anybody treat me so kindly in a business like that before. The other employees of the store, were very helpful, knowledgeable, and also educated me on guitars and various types of electric guitars. They had work to do, but they were also taking time out to answer my questions. I really appreciate that.! My time spent, at sound vibrations, was time well spent, conversing and learning from knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly people. They have a lot to offer, and a very good stock of quality products. It had been several years ago, since 2013, but I bought a drum set from them, and they were just as nice and knowledgeable as they were when I walked in there last Thursday. Made a recent stop to buy strings then noticed how bad their service has become.3 staff guys were standing around a computer not even aware I was there. It looked like they were in training? One other staff was behind another counter. This store was reorganized,with no accessory counter, I finally found what I needed. I asked about a new model Fender guitar.I was told they would not have it because it cost too much. I asked who would buy it if they can't test it? I had issues checking out paying in cash, clerk had to ask for help from the 3 guys getting training, seems like no one really cares about customers.

They said they would pay a small amount for the piano as well as pick it up and place in storage. I contacted them for a couple of months asking for a pick up date. The texts were always answered politely, however never providing a pick up date. After my last response, I gave up. I would have appreciated them telling me they would not be able to pick up the piano instead of wasting my time. I recently gave my piano to a person who repairs pianos. I was told the piano was a restored 1928 Baldwin in very good condition with a couple of minor issues. Specially made due to the fact it was made from walnut.
