Some how I did something to my left wrist and thumb on Saturday…read more By Monday I was in serious pain and could not use my left hand cor much of anything. I called NOSC and while I was on hold while they checked my insurance, I heard that they had a "Fast Track Clinic". When the lady came back on the phone she told me that it would be about 10 days before I could see a doctor. I asked her about the FastTrack option and she told me that they accepted walkin's for emergency patient. I thanked her and told her that I would try that because I couldn't take the pain for another 10 days. I made it to the office when they first opened. I was given forms to fill out and once they were filled out I was called into the office. I explained my problem with my wrist and the nurse sent me upstairs for x-rays. Then I came back to the office and the PA-C Paul Morgan came in to see me. I explained where the pain was, he checked the x-rays and asked how I hurt it. I told him I had no idea, it just out of nowhere started hurting and got worse for two days. He felt my wrist and asked me about where and how the pain was. He marked a couple of spots on the side of my wrist and went to get some medicine. He gave me a shot in one of the spots and massaged the medicine in. Mr. Morgan asked if that had helped. I told him it had helped but there was still pain and I showed him where. He got more medicine and gave me another shot about 1/2 an inch from the first shot. Again he massaged the medicine in and the pain was much better. Mr.Morgan told me that I should wear a brace for two weeks and come back to see him in three weeks. I went to an another office on that floor and they fitted me with a brace. I was on my way home with 99% of the pain gone. The next day I was back to normal but I continued to ear the brace as Mr. Morgan said. I saw Mr. Morgan three weeks later and told him he was a miracle worker. I was in so much pain and had no idea where to turn to. I am so glad I found the Fast Track Clinic and Mr.Morgan. Their office opens at 10 AM and I was home before Noon that same day. Thanks everyone at NOSC and the Fast Track office.

I called to make an appointment and they had to check with Dr. Golshani to see if he could see me because it was an accident. He has declined to see me and wanted to send me clear across town to start with a new doctor. This is very poor patient care, and not acceptable. Also, their phone system to call-in is absolutely horrible. The people that answer the phone are very nice but getting to them takes a really long time and it is not a good system. In another note, when I initially started seeing him, it was for issues in my hands and joints. He basically told me to quit my job to stop the pain from happening.

Dr. Randall Yee is truly an exceptional sports medicine orthopedic surgeon, and I cannot say enough…read morewonderful things about him and his entire team. When I injured my shoulder, there was no question in my mind that I wanted to return to Dr. Yee. Having already trusted him with two previous knee surgeries, I knew firsthand the level of skill, compassion, and care he brings to his patients. Choosing him again was one of the easiest decisions I could make. Dr. Yee has a wonderful way of making you feel genuinely cared for. He is incredibly kind, positive, patient, and reassuring. He never makes an appointment feel rushed and always takes the time to listen, answer every question, explain what to expect, and make sure I feel completely comfortable with my care. When you are facing surgery, having a physician who can give you that sense of confidence and peace of mind means everything. In May 2026, Dr. Yee successfully performed my shoulder surgery, making this my third successful surgery under his care. I am incredibly grateful not only for his surgical expertise, but for the consistency of care I have received from him over the years. There is an enormous amount of trust involved in choosing a surgeon, and Dr. Yee is the only orthopedic surgeon I would wholeheartedly trust with my care. What also makes his practice so special is the extraordinary team surrounding him. His PA, Mikell, who assisted with my surgery, has been wonderful throughout my experience. Tiffany, Alyssa, and Megan have also been fantastic. Every interaction reflects the same kindness, professionalism, and genuine concern for patients that Dr. Yee himself demonstrates. It is often said that a great leader surrounds himself with great people, and Dr. Yee has certainly done that. I am equally grateful to Almira, who handles and coordinates the seemingly endless paperwork with such care, and Joy, who helps coordinate surgery scheduling and made that part of the process so much easier. Nettie and the entire team have been wonderful as well. A special thank you to Pricella and Valerie at the front desk, who are always so warm, welcoming, and helpful every time I come in. Those details may seem small, but when you are navigating an injury, surgery, appointments, and recovery, having kind people helping you along the way makes an enormous difference. From my first appointment through surgery and recovery, I have always felt that I am in capable and caring hands. Dr. Yee combines exceptional surgical skill with something equally important: genuine humanity. He listens. He reassures. He cares. And he has built a team that reflects those same qualities. After three successful surgeries--two knee surgeries and now my shoulder--I can say without hesitation that Dr. Yee has earned my complete trust. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone looking for an outstanding orthopedic surgeon. Thank you, Dr. Yee, for taking such incredible care of me over the years. Thank you for your skill, patience, positivity, and kindness, and for surrounding yourself with such an amazing team. I am profoundly grateful to have had you as my surgeon--not once, but three times.

The delay meant I had to reschedule, and the next available appointment was three weeks out. The long wait and lack of timely communication about the delay made poor use of my time and suggest the office is not scheduling appointments in a way that respects patients' schedules. I hope the practice reviews how it manages appointment times and keeps patients informed when delays occur.

I do not recommend these Surgeons. As I had a consult with (Ego centered) Dr. Benjamin Hansen…read moreregarding my (medically necessary) bilateral Total Knee Replacement Surgery, I finally decided to do. Unlike the ysual "elective TKR surgery" as usual? I've never in my 30+ years of extensive Medical knowledge & experience seen a Surgeon of any Specialty....just freeze up on me, just because of the vast knowledge of the actual Minimally invasive Surgical procedure itself, (aside from other things?) He actually, said to me, "You talk like you know more than me?" Really now? How can a surgeon say that.. or feel that, unless they are feeling threatened or intimidated by knowledge? It was very disappointing. As I went throughout the whole weekend in deep thought, and decided to get a 2nd opinion from there. As he did not agree to do the TKR Surgery specifically, as it is medically necessary for me? And it all comes down to the Money. Shame on you, putting Money before your patient's lives! (I see that more & more in this Healthcare System.) People, use your own dicernment, and read between the lines. He didn't even go over over the X-Rays in front of me, or even discuss my condition? As if he thinks this is by Telepathy? It really left me perplexed! So, without discussing my personal Medical information, and all the extensive Medical knowledge I have? I can clearly say, "Go elsewhere fast" He will make you feel so small and insignificant, humiliate you in some way, & just take full control of your choices!! By the way, beware Nevada is the state that is the highest paid in the Nation.. for Doctors! What does that tell you? A whole lot...
