I prefer less firm massages and went with Anne for 60 minutes. I was so relaxed that I think I actually fell asleep! We both really liked that they used hot compresses/towels on our feet and backs, and put eye pillows on us when we faced up - we haven't had this before in massages. Paula was very kind and welcoming. I booked a 30 minute chakra balancing and Reiki session and it all went by so quickly. I nearly cried at the beginning of it, somehow I thought of my therapist. I felt good after it was over. She tried to help me clear up some lingering stuff from a surgery I had a few years ago. She recommended I look into the throat chakra and get a turquoise necklace. Communication is something I've struggled with in therapy and in life so I wasn't surprised to hear that.
