Axiom Leesville is a great dental office! I really appreciate that you can text with the office…read morestaff, it is super convenient and helpful. The waiting room and exam rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hygienist Lalleh is friendly, gentle, thorough, and easy to talk to during cleanings. Dr. Kasravi is understanding and knowledgeable. Maya was my dental assistant at my last visit and she was great too! All the staff here are super nice and easygoing, from the front desk to the dentist. I've finally found my forever dentist (as long as my insurance stays the same) with Axiom. I feel really lucky that my insurance covers this office!

Both lovely ladies at the front desk are excellent! They always greet me with a smile at check in, and explain the breakdown of my payments to me at check out. They have even gone out of their way to help me find a temporary and affordable dental insurance plan while I was in between jobs. They are great with getting me scheduled for appointments, and always respond to texts and calls in a timely manner. When I came in on my birthday I was given a card signed by everyone in the office (how sweet!). Doctor K. Has been amazing. She is kind and compassionate and explains everything about my treatment to me very well. She answers any questions or concerns and is honest and thorough. I have had 2 root canals done by her, a bridge, crowns and fillings, all which have been successful. I still have lots more work to do but I am glad to have a dental office and dentist who I feel comfortable with and trust to take care of me.

So I researched and after reading their reviews, made our appts. From the first phone call to my appt to checking out, everyone was friendly and helpful. They even provided me with an estimate for work to be done on 2 of my teeth, split between insurance and me personally. On the evening after the work was done, I received a checkup call from the dentist himself, Dr Meckler.. not automated, and not the front desk.. wow! In all my 40 years of seeing dentists, not one has ever personally followed up. That gesture says a lot about their practice and who they are. Finding professionals that truly care about your well being are rare. So when you find them... don't let go!

I told the lady at reception that I was feeling kind of nervous, just because it helps when someone else knows how you feel and can keep an eye on you. She had Kari work with me, and she was so nice! She talked with me, explained everything she was doing and what might hurt and what might not. Her peace definitely helped to keep me calm! Everyone from Kari, to the dentist, to the ladies in reception were so caring. Dare I say I look forward to going back?!?! They also had a little gift bag for new patients! So now I've got myself a new coffee tumbler and hat! I will definitely be recommending Klooster to all of my friends.

Dr Matthew is really good at what he does and really takes the time to make sure your teeth are perfect. The front office lady Jessica is a sweetheart and very good at what she does. I've been a patient of Dr. Matthews for at LEAST 6 years and I've seen a lot of people come and go…read morefrom this office. But the one person who has remained the same is the Front Desk Clerk and the reason for this unsettling review. Over the years I have experienced calls back to back as if I do not have voicemails and/or a job to do of my own. Both of my children are also patience there so if she can't get me on the phone she's then calling back to back my teenage and now adult daughter. Almost to the point of harassment in my opinion. We understand she has a job to do but so do we and answering your call right away is not one of them. And by the time I'm off they are already CLOSED (go figure). Today, I had an appointment set for both me and my son. I was told my appointment was cancelled on her behalf because I was unable to answer her MANY calls to confirm my appointment of which I had no need to cancel. And had I done so I can afford the charge. She also felt the need to ask if I received her call of which I received EVERY LAST one of them but unfortunately I was at a funeral (imagine that in a pandemic) and I was unaware that confirmations were REQUIRED when I already had the appoint set 6 months prior when I came in for our appointments. But bc I had cancelled without calling almost a year ago now due to unforeseen circumstances called LIFE! She assumed I wasn't coming and have someone else my appointment. Now how professional is that? I should have reminded her of when I had an appointment and bc Dr. Matthews had a family emergency it had to be cancelled at the last minute but that's ok and I don't get a convenience fee for that. I guess nothing comes up for her either and she never has an issue in life right? I also have MS so there are times where I simply cannot make it to things that may have been preplanned but Shane on me for that. I guess I also should be able to plan deaths in a whole pandemic as well... and yet I still showed up! Thanks a lot for your compassion and concern. It is clear what all of this was about. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. And to address all of this in front of others is the most unprofessional thing I have experienced here lately. I pay my bills, I have GREAT health insurance so what seems to be the problem? Guess my money and insurance is no good there and PLEASE delete my number from whatever call list you have me on and take your harassment elsewhere! Try some phone etiquette and customer service training while you're at it. Now is definitely not the time for what I experienced today in this office and over the years. And I do have friends who go to this dentistry who I will be referring to this experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and took care of me right away. My hygienist, Becca, was so kind and attentive, and both she and Dr. V truly listened to my concerns. They provided a thorough exam and clearly explained all of my treatment options, making sure every question I had was answered. I also value that they offer payment plans to help make procedures more affordable, which gives me peace of mind about moving forward with the care I need. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a professional, caring, and patient-centered dental experience!

Dr. Vamsi and the entire team made a great first impression. Everyone I interacted with, including the hygienist, assistant, and front desk, was friendly and welcoming. I've been to quite a few dentists over the years, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. Dr. Vamsi was very gentle, especially with the anesthesia, which is usually the part I dread the most. John, the dental assistant, was also great and made me feel comfortable throughout. I'm planning to start my Invisalign treatment here and feel good about continuing my care with this team. Highly recommend.

TBH I'm a bit hard to please when it comes to selecting a dentist. When I lived in Charlotte my…read moredentist absolutely spoiled me rotten (Pearl Dentistry) with free in office whitening and state of the art equipment. I am 100% confident that this dentist office is the nicest and most professional in the RDU area. (I did hours of research) Here's Why, explained with a list of pros and cons: Pros: -YOU CAN SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONLINE. I scheduled a new patient appointment online, at 3:00AM with ease. Don't judge, these are the type of things I think about when I have insomnia. -The Office is both sterile & stunning. They are taking every precaution when it comes to COVID-19. This is extremely important considering the mouth is what spreads Covid. There is an air filter in every examination room that captures dental aerosols, and I think this is just awesome. It's modern and chic! You can tell that they care a great deal about their image. -The examination rooms have the latest and greatest state of the art equipment. It's obvious Dr. Russo spared no expense on tools, X-rays, camera's, and software. It brings you a sense of ease knowing you're getting the best of the best. -My dental hygienist (Courtney) was lovely. Skilled, sweet, and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. I have a lower retainer from having braces and it's a pain to work around, but she made the whole process seem effortless and pain free. Also my teeth are shiny **Grins** CONS: -My teeth are not perfect, but I have been going to the dentist every 6 months since childhood, I use the most expensive toothbrush on the market and I floss regularly. My prior dentist has not suggested any additional dental work in 7ish years. During my last exam I was given the thumbs up and told that everything looked great. I am not questioning Dr. Russo's expertise as I am not a professional & he clearly is, but it's concerning that he is recommending TWO crowns on my back molars when there was no mention of this by prior dentist. This is a concern that other patients have shared in their reviews as well. I AM going to entertain his suggestion, but I'm not in a super hurry to schedule that appointment as I can tell it's not urgent. -I love that there's a giant tv hovering above me with NETFLIX, but you cannot hear it. Headphones would be awesome! And would also distract patients from the drilling. -The "goody bags" were a little sad. Just 1 toothpaste option, toothbrush, floss and cheap lip balm. This is definitely not a huge deal (again I'm spoiled). This place is very expensive and some customer appreciation would be really nice. Choosing this dental office is going to cost you a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for and it will be well worth the investment. I will be back!

I came to them as a new patient and to be honest that was my first and perhaps the last visit…read more First thing I asked them about insurance if they are in-network, they told me they accept insurance, but didn't tell me that they are not in network, which is kind of a lie. Second thing is their treatment plan. I know my teeth are not perfect, but I've been living with them my whole life and know what problems with them are. They created a plan for treatment with an estimate of more than $15,000, they included everything which didn't even bother me, and they didn't even ask me can I afford such money. They didn't ask me to prioritize it, it seemed like they just insisted on what they came up with. This is what's called the opposite to customer oriented business. Sorry, but I do not recommend this dentistry.
