Can't say enough about Michael Kent and his team. My home had been on the market and unsuccessfully sold with TWO other realtors. The second time I barely saw 6 showings in 6 months. Michael Kent came in with a plan and a proven method. I saw as many showings in the first two weeks and had a successful offer in hand within a month. His status updates were very consistent and his staff absolutely fantastic. Just closed and funded!! Can't convey how seamless the process or how happy a customer I am. Would definitely recommend Michael Kent and the Michael Kent Team as you're real estate secret weapon read more

We had our home on the market for 90 days and were growing increasingly frustrated. We had taken out a bridge loan and needed to sell within six months to avoid carrying two house payments. At the same time, we were faced with caring for an elderly relative, and our home was simply too small for all of us--so our situation felt very time-sensitive. After taking our home off the market with our previous realtor, we immediately received calls from multiple agents, including Michael Kent. After reading his reviews and speaking with him on the phone, we decided to meet with him. Many of his reviews described situations very similar to ours, which gave us confidence. We relisted with Michael Kent, and our home sold in about three weeks. Given how tough the market has been lately, we were thrilled to sell and close before our bridge loan payments kicked in. Michael Kent and his team were professional, proactive, and made the entire process painless. Thank you, Michael Kent and team! read more

My husband and I worked with realtor Michael Kent representing us as the seller's agent. Every step of the process went smoothly from start to finish. He guided us expertly on how to price the home to meet our goals, and had the listing up (and first offers in the door) the next day. Michael Kent made us feel valued as clients and kept us in the loop at every stage. It's clear he approaches each sale with enthusiasm and a desire to exceed his own already impressive track record of home sales. His team guided us through every detail and were responsive beyond all expectations. I highly recommend Michael Kent if you're in search of a realtor who will get the sale done, and done right. read more

When my husband and I received a call from Michael Kent about selling our rental properties, we were skeptical at first since we don't usually respond to sales calls. However, Michael immediately stood out. He was honest, direct, and respectful--no high-pressure sales tactics, just a genuine conversation about how he could help. After our initial discussion, we decided to move forward, and we're so glad we did. Since we lived out of state, selling our rental properties could have been a complicated process, but Michael and his team made everything as easy as possible. They helped coordinate what needed to be done to prepare the homes for sale and kept the process moving efficiently. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Michael consistently kept us informed, provided updates without us having to ask, and was always available whenever we had questions. His team was responsive, professional, and truly cared about making the experience a positive one. We couldn't be happier with the service we received. Michael and his team went above and beyond, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, dependable, and hardworking real estate professional. read more

After our home came off the market with a previous realtor, Michael Kent reached out--and we're so glad he did. We were looking for someone who was experienced, assertive, confident, and had a proven high sale-to-list ratio. Michael delivered on every front. From our first meeting, it was clear we were in capable hands. He offered expert advice, priced the house strategically, and executed a seamless marketing plan. The result? Our late father's home went pending in just 4 days on the market. What had been a stressful and emotional process with a prior realtor, became smooth and manageable, thanks to Michael and his team's professionalism, communication, and attention to detail. Working with Michael Kent and his team was an awesome experience. Michael is very experienced in his field and it was nice dealing with such a professional team of people. They went above and beyond with our Real Estate transaction. We needed someone we could trust during the process, as we were living out of state and couldn't be there to handle anything that might come up. Things did come up along the way, and we had to rely on Michael to deal with them. He managed everything in such a professional manner. I highly recommend Michael and would definitely use him again for any Real Estate needs. read more

Thank you Michael Kent and Team! What a difference an agent can and WILL make in listing your home! We had such a poor - bad - experience with our prior agent. Poor presentation, no energy, and after too many months (!!!) NO SALE. After firing that agent, Michael Kent called; after speaking with him and listening to his plan, we gave him a short window to produce. After the first weekend of the listing, we had several offers for us to consider. Michael Kent set out an aggressive plan to promote our home: had professional photographs made of our home, saturation marketing, multiple showings per day, they contacted many buyers that they were already working with to promote our home, his team was engaged and eager, and his track record of the number of home sales for the year excited my wife and I! And as a bonus, the best offer that he brought us was over our asking price!!! Also, we have to acknowledge his office team, they handled all of the closing, title work, signing, questions and much more at any time of the day!! Made all of the paperwork seem easy! Thank you again, Michael Kent read more

Used Michael twice in Mesa. Both as seller. First was sale of a town home/condo. Average experience, selling price was lower than I expect but within a couple weeks. Inspection results were nit picky, but we were told that we should tighten a couple screws and replace a door handle. Latest experience was for a 1.3 million home, in an extremely popular location and the home sat on the highest and best views in the development. Low number 1.0 was suggested cause " prices have come down". Using comps only is the minimum effort to set an asking price. Ex-wife was pushed a bit to get the sale done asap. She was fine with the 1.0, I wanted 1.2, eventually landed on 1.1. Sold in 6 days. The new owner I have spoken to and he thought it was a great price. He also was pretty disappointed in the communication from Michael. The home should also have been cleaned as the new owners reported urine and other cleaning that was needed. read more

Got an invasive and pointless call early on a Monday morning. Disrupted personal business. This joker clearly can't read, has zero concept of real estate and no respect for privacy. He's begging to be sued for harassment. read more

I absolutely recommend Michael Kent and his team (shout out to Cosette!) to anyone trying to sell their home in this terrible market! I had my home on the market for about 7 months when I lost hope. I took it off the market and was about to rent it again but I got a call directly from Michael. He seemed very confident in his team's ability to sell the house so I heard him out and glad I did because he brought the receipts! I'm a data person so I decided to go with Michael when he showed me the year-to-date sales of my prior realtor, that of another I had been talking to and of course his results. The other realtors had 2-3 houses sold as of May and Michael's team had over 50! I figured I had nothing to lose and figured I'd give it the summer. My house closed in 48 days and he delivered on every commitment he made which meant the most to me. He promised to call every Thursday or Friday and he did, even after we closed as a final verification we were satisfied. At every step Michael and his team were professional and offered guidance I wish I had months ago! Do yourself a favor and forgo hiring your cousin's neighbor who is a realtor on the weekends and will just list your property in the MLS and wait for something to bite. Great service and awesome team! Enjoyed working with alexa, too!

Got several calls over a 10 minute period from this firm, offering to list a house in Gilbert, AZ, which we never owned. The calls were placed to my cell phone, so because I didn't recognize the number, I didn't answer. When I did answer - after the SIXTH call, I informed him that we are not the owners. Without comment, he hung up. If that's any indication of Kent's customer service, I'd steer clear. I'll also report this jerk to RE/MAX. read more
