If you found Dr. Jadali, that means that you were in some serious pain. I personally was suffering as great as someone could. My disease is incurable and there's really only a few options for therapy to make it better. I have found Dr. Jadali to be extremely intelligent, methodical, has a great attitude, and has helped me when no other doctor could. I highly recommend him. For me he is out of pocket, but when you're looking to get better, we really should not be focused on our pennies. read more

I went to Dr.Jadali's office as a part of my immigration application process and him and his team made my life soooo much easier. Very professional, detail oriented, efficient and responsive. They made sure I understood everything that was going on and what will happen. The amount of attention and dedication they put into my visit and follow up visits was unreal. Thank you!!!! read more

deleted the old review and rewriting. I visited the Dr Jadali three times. In one of the visits, I waited about an hour in the waiting room and had to come back to my work without seeing him as I needed to attend a meeting. And the out-of-pocket cost was much higher than expected because my insurance covered only little portion of the cost and I learned that the doctor was out-of-network. read more

I've been seeing Dr Jadali for few years. He is highly proficient, carrying, attentive and knowledgeable doctor. He explains solutions to pain management clearly, so the patient has no questions left. When I came with severe burning pain in my back, Dr Jadali took time to explain the cause of the pain and came up with the set of exercises I had to do daily. In 2 weeks I was pain free. He also treats my insomnia, fatigue and thyroid problems. Dr Jadali is unique with his natural approach to treatment. read more

Oh my god!! I can't say anything enough for Dr.Jadali I've been seeing him for a few months and every time I want to leave a review for him and his wonderful staff but then I say to my self wait and don't write something on rush. He's very knowledgeable, honest, smart, he navigates what ever you have to reach the root. I've seen a lot of doctors the last two years I didn't feel comfortable or have been taken seriously except him he's very caring he treats you as a friend and spent a lot of time with you explaining everything in details. The last two months I was a mess after I did a procedure in Stanford they ignored me and even no one replies to my emails I was thinking to quit my job but doctor Jadali he did his magic and in less than two weeks I have no neck pain and before I went to him the pain was horrible. He found all my deficiencies( he ordered me the spectra cell test) and wrote a long email for me to what my body needs, he's familiar with new tests that the regular labs can misdiagnose or give a false negative result like IGeneX for the Lyme disease or the spectra cell test. God bless you Doctor Jadali I wish there are more doctors like you! I don't want to forget the staff they are very nice, polite. read more

Dr Michael Jadali is a fine doctor who truly cares about his patients. He has compassion and will go the distance to see that his patients get what they need. I have been seeing him for almost two years now and have had the best care than I have seen at other pain management groups. Many other groups have been beat down due to recent federal laws and tend to be more interested in protecting themselves rather than their patients, however this doctor will work to overcome such and give you the treatment that you need. read more

I consulted this doctor recently for a Medical examination related to Immigration. Though he talked nice, he absolutely has no clue what lab tests are required to complete the USCIS's Medical examination. As he is the civil surgeon closest to my place, I thought he would be familiar to the process. He suggested several lab tests that would cost over a thousand dollar for a family of 3 but these tests are indeed absolutely not required in the first place. Interestingly he asked proof of a vaccination for my teen age son that are otherwise administered only for an infant as per his Pediatrician. Overall very unhappy with this doctor and the front desk staff. If you are looking for a Civil Surgeon and/or to complete any of immigration related examination you are better off with some other physician. read more

I have been treated by Dr. Jadali for many years, since 2008 I believe. I came to him with one of the worst cases of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue you can imagine - I had every symptom possible. I also had pain from herniated discs in my neck and low back. I had been treated by many doctors with very little success, even specialized centers for fibromyalgia and for disc herniation. I had tried Western and Eastern medicine. I felt at the end of my rope. Dr. Jadali takes the time to listen to you. He is extremely knowledgeable and able to advise you on any problem you have. He works hard and tirelessly to help you get better. He truly cares about you. He never rushes you out of his office. He uses a combination of Western and Eastern medicine to help you and tailors everything to your needs. It took a while, but I was in really bad shape. I was seeing him 3 times a week at first, then 2 times a week, once a week, once every other week, once a month, and now I miss him because I only see him once every 3 months. But he is there for me if I need him. He tells me to call immediately for an appointment if something goes wrong and he will get me in. You don't usually have to wait more than a week to get an appointment, usually less. His front office administrative assistant, Samantha, is extremely kind, efficient, and on the ball. She gets things done. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jadali. If you have chronic pain, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, herniated discs - GO SEE THIS DOCTOR. You will not regret it. Just know that you have to do your part and follow his instructions and be patient, sometimes these things take time to go away or get under control in my case. Dr. Jadali is personable, patient, kind, and gives great hugs. He gave me my life back and I will eternally be grateful to him. read more

Dr. Jadali is a great physician. He has treated me with care and concern never dismissing my experiences and opinions. Dr. J is very thorough. He believes bloodwork tells an individual's personal and detailed story. Before diagnosing me or prescribing medication he did very extensive bloodwork. It took time but he was able to find my issues and give me the care needed. He made me personal recipes based on my deficiencies. He has given me a personal exercise program and personal diet program. Dr. J always spends a good amount of time and detail during my appointment. I always feel as I am the most important patient. He always answers all of my questions and I never feel rushed. I never get the awful feeling of dread when I have an appointment. I truly appreciate all Dr. Jadali has done. THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! You have given me back a quality of life. I felt I have got the best possible treatment. read more

I have been a patient of Dr Jadali for over 4 years. I am a challenging patient with a laundry list of issues that cause pain. Dr Jadali really delves into your whole body & mind to figure out the best way to help you. He starts with getting to know you as a person, what your family & job life is like & how your issues are affecting the different parts of your life. As a patient, we all need to be open & honest with our Dr's about our life styles so they can best help us. He also does some very specific blood work to check your vitamin & mineral levels. You would be surprised at how being low on some of those can effect your overall health. When I first went to him I had heard about a genetic test that can be done to show how your body reacts to pain meds. I was very interested in having this done, but none of my other Dr's had heard of it & had no idea about how to order it. Dr Jadali not only knew what is, he took the saliva sample right then & there & sent it out. It has been a godsend so that we didn't have to waste time & money trying meds that would never have worked with my genetics. From day one, I could see in his eyes that he had my best interest at heart & has done his very best to help me, despite the many restraints the government has put on all dr's. As I said, I was a challenging patient when I started with him & became even more challenging after I had cancer, blood clots, & a few other things. All this on top of chronic debilitating back pain. Frankly at one point I lost all hope that I could do even the simplest things like go to the grocery store or make dinner ever again. But Dr Jadali never gave up on me & hit me from all angles, meaning not just prescribing meds, but diet, exercise, natural meds, etc. and a few months ago he really proved how much he cared when he wanted me to try a new medication & my insurance denied it. It took 3 months of a battle unlike anything in my worst nightmare. The incompetence, lies, lack of response, etc was so bad I'm filing a complaint with the State against them. I can't even tell you how much time & energy this Dr put into this battle. Among other things, he was hung up on after being on hold for over an hour & had to send my records number times after they lied & said they never got them. Most Dr's would never have put this much time & energy into a battle like this, but we fought this together, & won! And the result was that this medication is helping! I will never be pain free & my issues aren't curable, but for the first time in a very long time I have hope that there might be more to my life then laying in bed all day in agony. Slowly but surely I'm becoming a little more active, trying to walk at least 10 minutes a day, & yesterday I baked my son a birthday cake! These are baby steps, but they are steps, & I have hope that I will continue to improve. And HOPE is everything, because when you lose all hope in life it's very hard to keep going in this world. May God bless the man who gave me & many others HOPE. read more

Dr. Jadali took wonderful care of my husband last year before he passed away. He is a very caring and thoughtful man and spends a lot of time listening to and evaluating the symptoms and conditions that are presented to him. Absolutely one of the best doctors I've seen. His staff is terrific and thorough too - from the front desk to the nurses and billing. I highly recommend him. read more

I saw Dr. Jadali late August and now that my HMO finally sent my Sleep Studies I can go back and get the other tests needed to start my journey on the path to wellness. I have been unwell and "100% disabled" since 1996. I have had to look for another doctor because my HMO of 3 years is taking me off my medications I've used to function for the past two decades. Once I am away from them I will review them also and believe me if I could give certain doctors zero stars I would... Dr. Jadali is very intelligent, patient and has a good sense of humor.I told him my diagnosis and said I don't believe in Fibromyalgia because I've heard so many doctors at the HMO I've been with for three years tell me this. I then told him I had Interstitial Cystitis and he smiled and said, " You know, that is Fibromyalgia of the bladder." I look forward to another review after my labs tell him what needs to be done. read more

After 38 years with Kaiser Permanente they refused to treat my chronic pain and migraines. I looked on the computer and found Dr. Jadali! Someone was looking out for my best interest that day. At the time I began seeing Jadali I was in a wheelchair due to uncontrolled pain. I have had problems for the last 15 years after injuring myself caring for my disabled son. With Kaiser Permanente I was NEVER given a diagnosis to my injury just chronic pain disease. In my first visit with Dr Jadali he put names to my problems and answers to my questions. NOT once in the past few months have I been rushed or made to feel like I was just an "addict". My family was put through hell from October of 14 till June of 15. They watched as my health deteriorated. My mind was affected and I lost hope. The first visit was great, he explained ALL the testing he wanted to do. As well as how much they would cost (if anything). The reasons he wanted test done and what he was looking for. Because of the wonderful staff I'm going for life. There is NO one better than Dr Jadali and his amazing staff. I get better treatment from my pain doctor then I have ever received from my old PCP. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. I wish my husband could see him. I'd have him there immediately. There is NO better Dr than Dr Michael Jadali. Thanks for helping me get out of that wheelchair and active again. I'm not yet managed/controlled BUT it's a long process. The medical staff has had to deal with my (realllllllyyyyy badddddddd) prescription coverage after every visit, and they always do it with a smile. Telling me NOT to worry about anything that they will handle it. Thanks to billing Anna, front staff Bridget and Kathy. I believe her name is Beth (not sure) for the easy blood draws and vitamin shots. To Sue thanks for the help you have given me. If I'm forgetting anyone THANK YOU Would recommend in a minute read more

Three years ago, my pain was so intractable not only because of my diagnosis of degenerative spine disease, fibromyalgia, tendentious and so many other things, no one could control it. I left a well-known pain center to turn to another who could treat me but no one told me about a very important issue "inflammation". That doctor could treat it once the doctor she was sending me to had this "inflammation" under control. No one ever mentioned this word to me. But I went to make that appointment with Dr. Jadali and there was one issue that made it almost impossible for me to see him so I canceled the appointment. But they called me back, resolved that issue for me and right now, tears are in my eyes at that very first phone call. My first visit with Dr. J, as I lovingly call him, was awesome. He did not wish to examine me because honestly I was in so much pain and could not walk on my own to the degree I was being measured for a wheel -chair because I could not walk and I was told it would get worse. He did the most extensive work up I have ever experienced and went back in my life and found issues that impacted what was going on! He ordered so many other tests the pain center I ran away from hadn't had a chance to do, I ran so fast. He did upper and lower nerve testing to see which nerves were damaged, if they could be repaired or if we just had to deal with them. Being allergic to just about every pain medication in the formulary did not help matters at all. The pain was so bad, my cpap data showed I was getting a minimum of four hours of sleep a night and it was not quality. That's why Doctor J asks for sleep testing to be done. Mine was done before I got there but I knew that if you are in as much pain as I was, as many of us who come to see him or any other pain management physician, your sleep is not quality sleep and it becomes part of a cycle...no sleep leads to more pain, more pain lead leads to depression, depression impacts the pain and then again the pain impacts your inability to sleep. You can't become pain free unless that cycle is broken! Forgive me, this is not being written from my word processor, just from my heart with my love and "bubbly" as Dr. J calls it and as "Mama J" as I lovingly call Mrs. Jadali, who overseas it all! And I cannot forget Dr. Pahahi, my spine manipulator who knows I love music and caught me more than one time dancing with my head phones on while waiiting to see him, but that would come later. I would see him before Dr. J and get things moved around and see Dr. J for the other parts. But I'm ahead of myself. Plus I am in another state and miss that Office terribly. If you have Dr. J as your physician, you hang on to him and do as he says. Today is my 60th birthday and despite being ill because everyone does not understand inflammation and how to reduce it, naturally, and cannot understand how I can look so young! I mean despite being ill. I look 20 years younger. Listen to him. He will tell you how and help you in so many ways....mind, body and spirit, that triad had always been good to me, and Dr J really can help you to become whole again. Know this, if you are in pain, you are out of alignment. Blessings!!!! read more

I went to this pain center for FM treatment and this doctor claimed he could cure me. They draw blood right there in the office and send it out to the lab. He never told me that these tests would cost thousands of dollars and that insurance wouldn't cover them because they weren't FDA approved. He demanded that I come 3 times a week even though I could barely walk and then tortured me with forced movement therapy, re-injured my back. Charged $350 for each visit and another $350 for each lidocaine shot which he administered using all thumbs. What a waste of time and money. (Didn't they teach you how to give a shot in medical school?) I was bedridden for 6 months after seeing him and in excruciating pain. Dr Jadali is the most amazing Dr. so kind so patient so knowledgeable and if it wasn't for him I would still be suffering and in a great deal of pain I've been seeing him for 4 years and he has taken me from misery to a very happy life not only does he treat the pain but he works with you on your nutrition which if is poor because of bad diet causes inflammation and that causes pain... it's all connected and he explains everything in great detail I admire him so much and I recommend him often even to my doctors at Stanford for their patients with pain. God bless him and take care of him and his family I love his staff, Anna in insurance and Charmaine and Jennifer and Sue everyone is so welcoming and professional. Oh and Lily gives the best vitamin shots. Also I've never had a problem with insurance I've never paid anything but my copay and I've never received a bill so I'm not sure what that other person was talking about because that is not the case for me nor my husband who sees him as well. Also please take time to read the messages at the bottom of his page that say not recommended. I don't know why they're in that category but everyone raved about dr. Jadali please take a look. This was probably one of the worst doctors office I have ever been to. I was referred to this doctor so I called to make an appointment and the women helping me seemed very confused. I called on a Monday and was set up with an appointment on Wednesday. When I arrived on Wednesday the lady at the front desk asked for my name, when I gave it to her she looked in her computer and said "sorry I don't have you down for an appointment". She then continued the phone conversation she was having. The receptionist behind her reminded her that I was the new patient at which point she said "yea we didn't have your phone number so we couldn't call you back but we can't see you today, sorry". She continued on about how I was a new patient and needed to fill out all these forms and that the lady I had talked to on the phone Monday was new and she messed up. She was so unprofessional, never apologized once for the mix up. I understand mix ups happen and I was happy to reschedule however, I can not in good conscious return to this doctor simply because of the way his front desk staff acted. She was unprofessional, rude, and had no concept of customer service. Unfortunately, I never was able to see the doctor so I can't comment on him but your office staff is your first point of contact and they represent your office. If I were Doctor Jadali I would seriously consider getting a new receptionist. read more

I accompanied my friend to her apt with Dr. Jadali. I was amazed by his professionalism and the amount of time he spent with her. He not only explained everything in detail talking about pros and cons of different procedures but also gave a very much attention to her balance, diet, and overall evaluation. I then decided to be his patient (3 years ago). He not only worked on my back and shoulder pain, also put me through amazing blood tests that showed all my deficiencies that I was able to fix. He put me on an amazing diet that resulted over 30 ponds weight loss. He started me on some injection and laser therapies that eliminated almost all of pain. I am back to my pre pregnancy body, even more energetic, feel great and I am now able to care for myself and my family to the fullest. Because of him and his level of care I am now able to run, go back to work, feel great and be an energetic mother that I always wanted to be. He is a wonderful doctor. i do not understand the previous review because he does not even do blood work in his office. I even asked him if I could do my blood work in his office for my own convenience but I was told that they do not do any blood drawn in his office. He told me to go to any lab that is covered by my insurance (Blue Cross) but he suggested Quest or Hunter lab and when I checked, my insurance covered both therefore I didn't pay anything for my blood test. It is our responsibility as patient to see what is covered by our insurance. I had 6 visits with this doctor including injections that gave me such an awesome relief for my low back pain and every thing was covered by my insurance of course minus my $25 co-pays. I am grateful for the pain relief I got in addition to improvement of my energy level and sleep. I highly recommend him to anyone with pain. read more

It's my first time doing the acupuncture, I can say, it does help a lot . He deserve five star , definitely I'm going back .

He is the absolute best pain management doctor that I have ever seen. Dr.Jadali is very caring and wants the best individually for his patients. He takes the time to listen to all of his patients. Before I saw Dr. Jadali I was prescribed huge amounts of opiate pain meds. Finally in 2012 I had a hysterectomy and the OB/GYN surgeon could NOT control my pain in the hospital... my tolerance to opiate medication was horrible. Not only was I on huge amounts of opiates but I also still had horrible pain. Now, only with Dr. Jadali's help I am on a total of 45 mgs day of morphine and in way Less pain. He was able to comfortably and gently help me to reduce meds. He is an expert on fibromyalgia and other chronic pain conditions. He also will do important tests and is very knowledgeable about naturopathic supplements. Wow, am I sure thankful that he became my pain management Dr... He literally saved my life!!! read more

I have wasted countless years on this doctor. In the beginning, I thought he was truly the answer to all my prayers. I was promised to SOON be pain free, migraine free, depression free, and my life will once again begin where I left off so many years ago. I'm a mom of 6, I'm 42 and my family depends on me. So when I met Dr Jadali I put all my trust, my hope and MY MONEY into him. And all I have to show for it is a complete waste of my life. I am much worse off than ever. I have been told to purchase and use so many different supplements that I could easily open up my own vitamin shoppe. A great amount of my husbands hard earned money was invested in my recovery, rehabilitation, cure, treatment, etc... Whatever it was going to take to get me back on my two feet. Walking into the office you swear your entering a elementary school due to everyone behind the counter being oblivious to what to do and what is what. Including their very rude attitudes from every single individual, and I've seen many because his staff turn around is the worse I've ever witnessed, being that every time I go in there the front staff is entirely new. I've learned that the accounting department which now includes his wife, are very unprofessional, with no regard at carding a private conversation about your account in front of the entire staff as well as any other patients sitting in the waiting room. My last interaction with HER which was brutally cruel, caused a new patient to walk out of the office stating, " If this is how you treat your patients I want no part of it". With every lidocaine shot given I was laid up in bed for a minimum of 5 days from the pain and pressure he used administering. Blood is drawn in his office, but only specific tests, just to clear up a previous reviewer who stayed that there was no lab in his office. Lily was amazing, the RN who use to draw blood, but she has since left and I'm happy for her as she didn't belong there among some of the unprofessional staff. And Dr. Jadali himself? If he just took the time to really listen to you instead of spending 90% of the time typing away at his computer maybe just maybe we could of strategically planned a recovery plan together. Instead the room is filled with the clicking sounds of his keyboard and his condescending attitude towards any ideas you may have from research you have done. If he had only spent more time reading my test results throughly through the years, he would of detected my disease a long time ago before it caused permanent damage to my organs and I wouldn't be fighting for my life right now. If he had just read my result more carefully at the end of 2014 and the beginning of 2015, I would not be in such agony now, not just from the pain I suffer from but from also knowing that the extent of it could of been completely avoided had I received the proper treatment before it attacked the rest of my body. I truly believe the Dr should stick Ailey to pain management and stop making false promises of full recoveries, pain free lives and the hope that things will get better, sealed with a promise. I once believed in him. I really thought he was in this fight with me. Clearly that's not the case and I'm the one who has to suffer for it. Makes me so sad knowing that there is a great possibility that I could be so much better now if he had only listened and reviewed my lab work instead of shoving another supplement down my throat with guarantees that this is the cure. read more
