One of my favorite aspects is how there's not a set time limit. I didn't like how my acupuncture at other facilities had a solid, short time restraint and only did one side of my body, especially given how expensive it is out of pocket. However, this place did both the front and back if needed and was flexible in how long my appointment was depending on my body's needs. I know acupuncture can be expensive if insurance doesn't cover it, so it's important to go to a good place. I highly recommend this place if you want to try acupuncture out. I felt welcomed & well-treated from my first phone call and interaction with Shannon and during the initial consult with Dr. Rafael. After a couple of weeks of sessions, I felt compelled to write a review highlighting things I noticed are different from other Acupuncturist's Clinics. Dr. Rafael listens to your concerns and genuinely wants to help you improve. This is apparent in the way he works, communicates & takes extra steps to make sure you are comfortable. The attention to detail and attentiveness have been so nice and refreshing, especially since I had not experienced this level of full service and care previously. I have already sent a couple of my friends here. I am looking forward to feeling even better in coming weeks!
