Unfortunately, what stood out most was that my massage therapist repeatedly passed gas throughout the session. I understand that everyone is human and things happen, but it occurred multiple times during the 90 minutes, and she never acknowledged it or even said "excuse me." It made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what should have been an enjoyable massage. I truly appreciated how clean and inviting the spa was, but because of this experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning.
