I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about? Never would I imagine that I'd trust a company and people that I'd never met to be apart of such a major purchase in my life. As a single woman buying her first home via a short sale, I'm so grateful that my father suggested I use his agent during the homebuying process for quotes. The team was on top of the estimates and continued to adjust dates and etc., as my closing date switched 4 times in the 91 days it took to close. I was really impressed with their consistency in following up with me as a client, as well as their solution oriented mindset with an issue after the closing. If I had the energy to give an in depth review of just how much this agency looked out for me you wouldn't believe it. When contractors damaged my property and almost cost me to lose HOI coverage, Felicia stepped right in with a game plan, words of encouragement, and provided me with a glimmer of hope that things would work out okay. And it did! It would take a lot for me to take my business elsewhere. Thank you Odis for answering my Dad's call and building a culture within your agency that makes clients feel safe and secure. You have a life long customer in me. God Bless!
