The staff explain everything in detail and are gentle inside the mouth (according to my son!). There are no isolated rooms - Kids are all in one big room under light and relaxed with some Dr. B sunglasses which they get to keep! I didnt see a nervous or unhappy person in the whole building. I have 2 other children whom I definitely plan without a doubt to take here... And to top it all off - They my son a cool picture in the mail about a week after he got his braces! Instead, the experience felt misleading and extremely frustrating from the start. As soon as I arrived, they immediately began taking X-rays without clearly explaining the process or what my visit would actually include. Then another staff member came in and started aggressively poking and scraping my teeth, all while telling me I needed teeth removed and pushing me toward a consultation with their oral surgeon. At no point during the visit did I receive the cleaning I specifically scheduled. When I asked the front desk about it, I was told I'd need to book yet another appointment for the cleaning, and they strongly pressured me to schedule a separate consultation with their oral surgeon as well. It honestly felt like one of those dental groups that upsell services to hit quotas rather than prioritizing patient care. What should have been a simple, routine visit seemed intentionally broken into multiple appointments, which wastes time and raises concerns about unnecessary billing. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend if you're expecting transparency and straightforward care.

Would be 5 stars but we were less than thrilled with the new set up at the new location. While beautiful, there is absolutely no privacy during visits. Previous location had partitions between patient areas but the new location is completely open. It is uncomfortable to be present when someone else is discussing and receiving medical treatment with a doctor and we felt uncomfortable having others view and listen while my daughter was discussing her braces and having bands changed. New patient consultations get a room, but after that, your visits are in a tiny communal area with no privacy. I hope they reconsider this set up. Children deserve privacy during medical visits just as adults do.
