My wonderful new dentist! This holistic dentist is in network for my insurance! Dr. Michael Bell and his staff are very caring and no stone was left unturned. I had sent over my previous X-rays from prior dentist (they are not in network and it was costing us a lot of money to see them twice a year). New patient paperwork is online and was simple to fill out. Location is easy to find and my appointment involved zero waiting and zero rush. You are definitely not a number here. After initial meeting handshake and intro Dr. Bell got to business walking through my new patient paperwork, previous dental X-rays and health and lifestyle questions. I was pleased that he had zero complaints about my plant based lifestyle (some DDS and MD's don't understand or are against or question it) I explained how I had complete mercury removal from my previous dentist and he complimented me on having such few filings in the first place. I am proud to say at almost 40 I have never had a cavity but just old spot fillings where my teeth came in having a few holes. Defiantly something to take pride in! Dr. Bell does preform mercury removal of patients would like to have that performed. Although it is not covered by insurance and can be costly it is defiantly worth the money to invest in your health. Speaking briefly about diet, workout routines, and TMJ he made me feel at ease with his calm demeanor and encouraging words. I have had TMJ all my life and didn't even know he was a specialist until I got there. I am not an extreme level but a few family members have popping and locking issues. I thought it was super cool he took a sample of gum bacteria and showed me on the microscope what is partying in my mouth :) as a former premed cytotech student I totally geeked out on this part. I crossed my fingers for zero spirochetes and my wish came true. A clock hand or two he was not concerned about :D Dental hygienist only assists Dr. Bell and he actually did the cleaning and polishing himself! I had a clean bill of health yesterday, two specks of plaque, zero cavities and great flossing and brushing review...I shall see Dr. Bell in six months for another cleaning :) read more

I am not impressed with this dentist. He is creepy and mostly stared at me and barely talked when I brought my child in for his appointment. I would also expect a biological dentist to be much less about Botox and cosmetics read more

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I went to Dr Bell about twice several years ago. As of recent, I incurred a $50 charge on my account there without cause. To no avail, I tried explaining to his staff that not only was this charge wrongfully incurred, but I hadn't been to their office in YEARS. I then got a letter from a collection agency. Dr Bell and his staff preferred to pass THEIR problem off to a collection agency rather than to rectify the situation. Needless to say, they won't be getting a penny from me. I would never go back there, and I strongly encourage you to stay away as well. read more

I hate going to the dentist. Well, i used to hate it. Now, rather than falling just after wanting to clean the city sewer system with my bare hands, it has been elevated to just before wanting to have my bare eyeballs massaged by a porcupine quill. I thank Dr. Bell and his staff for that!! My husband had been going to a dentist that he said was really good. I scoffed. Dentist? Good? That's like saying chocolate is repulsive. Anyway, being aware of my serious denta-phobia, he would gently bring it up and ferry messages from the staff there. "We're here when she's ready", "We'll take good care of her". The gentle prodding worked. After a VERY long hiatus from professional oral attention, I slinked, full of fear and shame into Dr. Bell's office. The staff there welcomed me like they had been awaiting the prodigal son and made me feel like, just maybe I wouldn't die (from pain, or from embarrassment) during this experience, Though a little bird told me that Dr. Bell referred to me as "a project" (I had some serious work that needed to be done), he was gentle, professional and even funny. Anyone who can take my oh-so-serious, "I think I hate you a little" in stride is ok with me. It took many weeks, but the work got done beautifully, I made new friends, and magically, even the bill didn't hurt as much as it might have. It has been aprox 3 years now since this Dentist destroyed my health. The first year the pain was so bad I wished everyday I would just die. I went in to change a filling on the right side of my mouth . He decided to grind down 2 of my Natural teeth on the left and change the entire balance of my Jaw .( which he calls my landing) The result was I went from a pain free 47 year old to a person who suffers and struggles everyday and it will continue for the rest of my life. Avoid. I went to see this dentist about tmj. I paid $75 for consultation (which most dentist waive or apply toward treatment) for him to tell me he couldnt recommend any treatment until alignment issues where corrected with my chiropractor. He also sold me a temporary nite guard (the Aqualizer) for another $75. One which you can buy online for $25. One month later the night guard popped and i called in to the dentist to advise. The response was buy another or you should have come back sooner. Both the receptionist and the dentist preferred to lose a patient over an item that would have cost them peanuts to replace or rectify the situation somehow. The dentist actually insisted that i was paying more for his "EXPERTISE" even though i paid his "expertise" separately. Well he can keep it, along with his outdated office. A dentist should be more concerned about his patients than his pockets. Ill gladly take my dentistry needs elsewhere. read more

What an amazing experience at Dr. Bell's office. I have a 5 and 3 year old and have been to a handful of pediatric dentists in the Vegas area and have been SO disappointed for a variety of reasons. I had no uncomfortable/bad feeling in my gut when at this office. We felt very comfortable with everyone. My daughter(5) had her cavities filled and it was all over in no time. Not to mention, the office had reading material I was interested in and how we live our lifestyle. Definitely recommend Dr. Bell to everyone.
