I removed the original review I posted because the owners were hounding me and I wanted to ensure I received a refund. They did reimburse me for the treatment but my scars remain. That is why I'm reposting my warning. I'm devastated. Nothing short of surgical excision--which isn't ideal as it creates a smaller scar--can remedy the 2.5 inch scar under my collarbone. After a year and a half of using scar gel, it has flattened but is still hideously hypopigmented and gnarly looking. I can't wear anything lower than a crew neck and that absolutely sucks. I resent this clinic. I'm sure they will respond with the usual vitriol towards HONEST reviewers but I don't care. I have to live with these scars! The other RF service I received, Emtone for cellulite, did absolutely nothing. I mean, nada, zilch. I suppose I should count myself lucky but holy hell was it expensive. Highway robbery expensive. I also have hypopigmented burn scars on my neck and chin. The rest of my face healed ok after obsessive use of silicone sheets. I believe they are using after-market RF machines and/or the clinician is untrained. The pain during the RF microneedle treatment was EXCRUCIATING even after lidocaine numbing gel. I'm amazed they have not been sued.

My review is indeed accurate because after 2 years I still have scars. Lets get real, nobody in their right mind would go back to the same place to get their injuries (burns in this case) "fixed" after suffering both emotionally and physically. They did not offer to take pictures, they offered to "fix" what they had done which I refused because of obvious reasons. One has to be stupid enough to go back to the place that messed up their face permanently. 2. I did not have any issues with the "provider". My issue was solely with the place that ruined my face. 3. In response to "only the picture taken by us is proof". I guess the ownership underestimates the ability of their customers of being able to adequately take pictures. Only they are able to operate an iphone in order to take pictures. 4. Being a graduate of a prestigious university does not mean anything. And to serve as a doctor in the Motherland is their choice and duty as an Armenian. When he ruined my face and then went to help during the war doesn't erase the fact that he damaged my face. Good for him that he helped the Motherland. Many people like him went to Armenia and helped, this is not the place to legitimize his actions by which he damaged people's faces/bodies, based on whether or not he helped during the war or not. 5. Might I add, the agression shown to their clients in these honest reviews is insane. The aggressive tone of the response of the business to reviews shows not only the incompetence of the ownership but also its unprofessionalism. 6. And to end my comment, I am glad that people are able to see my comment and avoid this place because otherwise they may become future victims of their negligence. I also added a few more pictures taken after the procedure and after it turned into scarring: This one star is even too good for the way they burned my face. Literally burned. I went in January, and until now I am suffering from scars that I have now as a result. And just because I signed their "waiver", I cannot do anything. It was weird because after signing the waiver, they didn't even review this, he just stashed the papers away and started the procedure right away. My face was hurting during this, to the point where I was crying but he kept encouraging that everything is ok, and didn't even lower the settings. After the whole procedure was over I could see the blisters on only ONE side of my face. I went ahead and asked if that was normal and he said that I have nothing to worry about and that it was completely normal and will go away in a few days. They were NO blisters at all but BURNT marks on my face. I am stuck with these scars, and I know that it will take a lot from me financially to potentially fix it.

From the moment I walked in, the receptionist was warm, welcoming, and friendly. I hardly had to wait at all, which was such a plus. Once I was taken back, the dental assistant was kind, helpful, and made me feel very comfortable. The hygienist was thorough with my cleaning and also incredibly friendly. Dr. Clement was absolutely adorable -- she has amazing bedside manner and made everything so easy. She even completed my treatment the same day, which I was not expecting, but was SO grateful for because I'm getting ready to go on a cruise. I had a small chip on my front tooth, and Dr. Clement took her time to match the color perfectly and sculpt it beautifully, all without any novocaine. It looks fantastic! I was also fitted for a new retainer and night guard using digital scanning technology (definitely more modern than what I'm used to). The dental assistant was training a new team member during this process and was so kind and patient with them. Even though the scan was a little rough since it was the trainee's first time, they were so sweet and apologetic -- and overall, it was still a very positive experience. My entire visit was top tier -- honestly one of the best dental experiences I've ever had, and that says a lot because I'm a "teeth person" and go regularly. Did I trust dr.Patel to complete the work that I need? Also yes. I'm ok with paying more just to have the peace of mind. Today's appt was supposed to be 4 hours(fillings, a crown and deep cleaning for my left side. I was 13 mins late- texted and called the office to let them know I'm going to be late, in case they couldn't fit me in anymore. Holly answered and said no problem, drive safe. When I got there Holly was busy, Maria checked me in. The first thing she said to me was "we might not be able to do all your treatments today since you're late. Please sign all the forms and pay the balance of $550." I said what do you mean? The whole reason why I'm here today is that I don't want to get numbed multiple times. She said but you're late and time is tight. My machine is not up front so do you have a card? I said I texted Holly she's aware I'd be a little late, she rolled her eyes and said "I can see the message too". Who talks like that and who trained her? It took them 15 mins to check me in and I didn't even SEE the doctor's face till 11:45. Clearly my 13 mins was really a big deal lol. I am responsible for being 13 mins late but I believe Maria could work on her delivery better. If you want to gaslight patients cuz you're overbooked- you're arguing with the wrong person. I'd have no problem if I was told on the phone that me being late would delay my treatment- I probably would have turned around and rescheduled instead of driving half an hour to get there and be told that I cannot do all of my treatments which would of defeated the purpose. Dr.Patel ended up doing all my treatments as discussed- I want to make it clear that this review does reflect on her work, the hygienist, Dr Jamie(I believe she did my deep cleaning) and Holly.
