The service and commitment to quality service here was amazing. The business itself was incredibly comfortable and welcoming inside, the staff was cheerful and insanely professional, answering all questions in an insightful manner, prioritizing my issues to where i felt as if i was there most important client they have ever had, and making what is usually a terrifying trip to the dentist into an almost spa like and comfortable experience while having my teeth feel brand new and the cleanest they have ever been. Dr. Navales was very delicate and prompt when it came to the work she was doing for me and Darlene Schwarz expertly took care of all issues that arose concerning my dental care. I honestly dread having my teeth cleaned on any work being done on my teeth, but the cleaning was almost painless leaving my teeth feel as if they never had speck of plaque, I had a root canal done and I was denied the procedure by another office because they said the cavity was to narrow, but that wasnt even a issue here as the took care of my cavity, leaving me without a worry of it becoming worse and taking care of the pain i was feeling so I can finally eat ice cream with my kids without worrying about stinging pain going all the way to my jaw. Any future work i have done with obviously go here and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have quality work done. read more

Darlene Schwartz the owner is one of the rudest, unprofessional and meanest owners along with her associates Natalie Alvarez. My family and I have been patient there for about six years always loved the staff even though there was always new people coming in and out . My story is too long to explain owner didn't even let me tell her what her stuff didn't explain. Moral of the story is that they don't care about their patients, patience feelings, or how much your spending there. UNION WORKERS Darlene Schwartz and her assistant Natalie Alvarez said that Union workers who work hard on our street and freeways ( im sure they drive on these freeways) making sure Las Vegas get home safely every day can go somewhere else. I went as far as trying to make a claim at the Better service bureau but unfortunately, they do not take cases that are employees or employer. I will also go to the dentist industry and file a claim there as well. Don't go there if you don't want Darlene and her assistant Natalie to treat you like shit and make you feel like shit for using your benefits there. read more

It's been remarkably frustrating visiting one and then another, only to be disappointed with expertise, integrity, office practices...the list goes on. The staff at Union Dental are warm and honest. I was tired after a long day of work and I ride the bus. I called my unionn dental to cancel and schedule another appointment and they asked me why. I told them about my long commute and that I needed to re schedule for a weekend when the receptionist asked me where I www at so they could pick me up! They were very kind and came and got me from the bus stop and took me to my appointment. Thank you Union Dental!!! So now that I have finished they have offered to pay my Uber! The Dental hygienist Darlene is so kind and generous and has an awesome car. The receptionists are helpful and kind as well. I can't saY enough about our union dental!!
