Dr. Marshall is one of, if not the best dentist I've ever been to. The staff are all so very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel right at home. They are on top of it when it comes to insurance and billing. They know their stuff! They are fair and honest. Dr. Marshall is friendly, thorough and really takes good care of his patients. I've had other dentists push me into trying to get things done that weren't necessary and I've never gotten that with Dr. Marshall. He offers his expertise, advice and recommendations, but he's never pushy. He leaves it up to you. He and his staff are great with kids too. If I hadn't moved away I would still be a patient. Right.. OK, full disclosure here.. I am a dental snob. Yep a total snob. I love teeth, I think they belong in your head, and with the proper care they will stay there. So, I got to the office early (being my first time I wanted to get the lay of the land and snoop a bit, just in case I had to bolt or something). Office was clean, I sat down and started snooping, uh looking at Dr. Marshalls "Look Book" (a catalog of his work)... AMAZING restoration work, seriously some of the best I have ever seen. I know dental work, and his work is top notch.. So I calm down, I calm way down. I know I am in good hands so I relax. X-rays, a cleaning, and checkup. I have zero dental insurance, but fantastic dental care is far cheaper than shoddy work, so I cannot complain. All set up for 6 months later, easy peasy. Fantastic, excellent care! Super excited and very relieved to have found Dr. Marshall and his wonderful staff. One less thing to worry about. If you are new to Vegas, and a total dental snob like me, this is the Dentist for you. Do not shop around ((scary)) just go to the best... I went and saw Dr Marshall for the first time in years yesterday- his staff was so great and welcoming- I walked in at 10 and barely had time to sign in before Jill the hygienist was calling me to the back to get started (I love that I didn't wait in the waiting room for a long period of time). Jill was extremely friendly and kept me entertained while she worked on my teeth. I haven't been to the dentist in years because of a bad experience I had elsewhere with a different office- I felt a lot of anxiety getting back in to the chair- Jill made it such a positive experience and cared that I was comfortable. I should also mention- that I never felt judged while in the chair... it was an excellent experience. There is no one better in Las Vegas than Dr Marshall- the other offices I have been into have been very aggressive in pushing care plans that I wasn't sure I needed. Dr Marshall answered my questions and we worked up a conservative plan that works for me. I walked out of the exam room and was met by the awesome staff (some of them Dr. Marshall's family members) who took great care of me and I was on my way. The dentist has been an experience I have been dreading and I am confident that no other office in Las Vegas could make me feel as comfortable or at ease as Dr Marshall did. read more

Well back again on another "medical vacation" with Dr. Marshall and his staff recently and WHOO HOO what a great idea this has been!! Thanks to the Doc for his fine service on my 4 new crowns and his smart and beautiful receptionist Amanda (You can't miss her, she looks just like Kensi on NCIS LA) for the medical vacation tip. Amy, my technician, is so kind and such an expert on this procedure, it is my 'home away from home" dentist wise. I will be in July for another vacation and to get the permanent crowns inserted. I am in and out in a Jiffy and back to the blackjack tables before I know it I like to gamble alot, but not on my teeth...So glad I found Dr Marshall! If I gambled on my teeth, with my luck, I would look like a toothless street urchin,... I would look hideous!...INSTEAD I AM QUITE THE CATCH!! read more

I have been in Las Vegas for just over 3 years and have lived in different cities and therefore had many dentists. When I moved here, I had no idea who to go to, so I did some research and decided on Dr. Marshall. It was the best decision I've ever made. The staff are so courteous and social, always welcoming you in with a smile. Everyone can survive a cleaning but its the drill and dental work that makes everyone dread going to the dentist. I am no different. Or at least I wasn't. Since being a patient of Dr. Marshall's I believe I've had a root canal, a crown, and three or four filings at least. The root canal and the crown were actually to correct some patchwork dental work that a previous provider had performed in Atlanta. During each of the above procedures, Dr. Marshall made sure that I was numb to any pain, continuously asked how I was doing, and was extremely professional in explaining the procedure and how long it would take. In one instance he identified the need for a second filling while placing another. He stopped and told me about it. He asked if I'd like to have it done now as well or if I'd like to schedule that one later. I got it done then, of course, but at least he gave me the option. I've been a patient of Dr. Marshall since 1995 (as a little girl), and not for the best reasons - I had a painful cavity, and a baby tooth that never fell out, but grew off to the inside of my mouth when my adult tooth grew out. I'm also going to sadly admit that this was my first dentist visit of my life, and I remember hearing other kids tell scary stories of the dentist. Well, when Dr. Marshall helped me, he was so nice and gentle; there was nothing scary about my experience at all. I was thrilled when I went home to see my mom and siblings and I bragged about how awesome it was to go to the dentist! What kid brags about the dentist? As an adult, I go to get my teeth cleaned biannually, and I'd go three times when I had my braces. Every visit with at Dr. Marshall's is wonderful! I literally leave with a nerdy grin on my face, as if I'm a child still. The staff at the front desk, most notably Lindsey and Amanda, are so sweet! They're such dolls and never seem stressed with work, clients, etc. They are so well organized and always on top of records, making courtesy calls to remind you of your appointment, etc., and I'm never waiting more than 5 minutes when I go in. Most of the time, I'm taken in right away, and my appointmets last less than an hour - more along the 40 minute time frame. My dental hygienist is Kathy, and she is so wonderful, I just love her! She is so sincere, warm, personable, and really connects with her clients. It's one thing when you are providing a service to a client and speaking generalities, but to have heartfelt conversations with someone is rare nowadays. She makes sure that my teeth are all clean and sparkling bright. She also gives great advice! Not a service though that's offered. After my braces came off, Dr. Marshall gave me valuable information to help keep my teeth in the great condition that they are in. He's not a dentist that tries to nickle and dime you, or try to get you to do some kind of procedure that you may not need, and all his recommendations are for your own good, which will save you money in the long run (not having to lose teeth, get implants, etc.). He's informative when he meets with you and takes time to answer your questions. Everyone at Dr. Marshall's is so professional, warm, inviting, polite, and you never feel that feeling of snobbery or you're not important to them or anything like that. They truly are the BEST family dentistry around. I've never received such great service anywhere than I have with Dr. Marshall and his staff. Truly, they should be awarded for the outstanding customer service and the service they provide. read more

I had my first visit to Dr. Marshall's office yesterday. I had done a lot of research before choosing to make an appt here. I was definitely not disappointed. The staff was friendly and professional. I was taken in the back within minutes of walking in the door. Started with Jill to take xrays and clean my teeth. She was fantastic. Then met with Dr. Marshall to go over the work that needs to be done on my teeth and he told me exactly what he will be doing and in what order. Looking for a really good dentist? Go see Dr. Marshall! My family & I have been seeing him for 20 years. I am proud to say that he has taken very good care of me and my whole families teeth. I recently had a crown put on one of my molars and crown was so good I honestly couldn't tell which tooth had the crown, he matched the color perfectly. When my kids were little, Dr. Marshall suggested I have my children's teeth sealed to protect them from cavaities and I agreed. I am very happy to report that my son at the age of 21 has never had a cavity & my daughter at the age of 24 only had one which is pretty remarkable. My kids were never afraid of going to the dentist because Dr Marshall was always so good with them, he made going to the dentist fun. Dr Marshall would put them at ease by letting them wear a mask & gloves and letting them look in my mouth so they could see there was nothing to be afraid of. My kids never had a fear of going to the dentist and I owe that to Dr Marshall and his staff, as far as I am concerned, that in its self... was a gift. When my son broke his front tooth (11yrs old) at the skate park, I thought I was going to have a heart attack because he has such beautiful teeth. I called Dr Marshall all upset and he said bring him in ASAP. Dr Marshall was so comforting and said not to worry... we'll fix it. Thanks to Dr Marshall my son still has beautiful smile. Dr. Marshall and his staff treat you like family, it shows in the caring way you are treated from the moment you walk thru the door, to the moment you checkout. I can't say enough positive things about Dr Marshall and his staff. Its hard to find good doctors in Las Vegas. Those of you who have lived here for a while know what I am talking about so when you do find a good doctor like Dr Marshall, you want to tell all your friends. Dr.Marshall is Amazing! Seriously, He is the BEST DENTIST I have ever been to! I am so grateful that he was able to take care of some very old dentistry that I had put off for years. I was told by other dentists that replacing my previous fillings would potentially lead to Root Canals and Crowns. Dr. Marshall was confident that this would not be the case and he was right. He also went above and beyond to take care of a tooth that No dentist would ever touch. Dr. Marshall was my dentist over 20 years ago when I lived in Las Vegas. At that time, I had a few crowns placed, a tooth extracted and had my first pain-free root canal. I was always comfortable in his office and with his staff. Several years ago, I was relocated outside Vegas and during that time dealt with several major medical problems. I experienced dry mouth, acid reflux, etc. due to medications I was taking. These conditions severely damaged my teeth. I was very apprehensive going to another dentist and chose to commute back and forth to Vegas to see Dr. Marshall. I returned to Dr. Marshall despite the embarrassment I felt based on the condition of my teeth because I knew I would receive the best care. He explained that, unfortunately, my teeth were so damaged that they would require crowns. Dr. Marshall completed my treatment in a series of appointments over a few months. My teeth have been fully restored needing not even one root canal. Now with my awesome smile, I finally have my swag back! I am very pleased with Dr. Marshall and his staff and the way they handled my situation. They treated me with respect and made me feel like part of their family. He and his staff maintain a relaxed atmosphere in an always anxious dental setting. I will never go to another dentist and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring doctor.
