I came here because I injured my ankle after running a half marathon in 2019 and after years of feeling the effects of this injury, I wanted to get it checked out. I was recommended this office by my PCP. It was super easy to make an appointment which is starkly different from the many appointments I've had to make for my health this year. The staff was friendly on the phone and equally as friendly and efficient when I walked into the office for my appointment. I was checked in and taken back within 5 minutes. They asked what I was in for- quickly took x-rays of my foot, and Dr. Messina was in to see me in the next five minutes. Although my appointment with him was pretty fast, I didn't feel rushed and he talked through my concerns with me. He has great bedside manner and I've also heard nothing but great things on reviews. I was told that my appointment would only take around 20 minutes and they weren't lying. It was a super fast but helpful visit. Excited to finally heal my injury with the help of this office.

I came in with potential ear infection, and a referral for sedation dentistry. This woman was very snippy about the entire encounter. She went to check my ears and announced I can't see your eardrum because you have wax clogging ear! And that was that. Resisted the need for dental clearance form like she'd never heard that before. I still wanted to find out if I had a problem and she had left the room and no interest in actually cleaning the ear wax to see the eardrum behind it. She was done with the effort. Also, in the middle of asking questions, she announces with an attitude that I will not be your Dr. when I asked why, she said I already have 2,300 patients. My question was then why am I here now? And the answer is oh you'll see a PA. Wow! Then when I dropped of paperwork to schedule (EKG, Chest X-ray, Bone density, blood work, etc) they forgot about me! For 40 minutes! All in all I do not recommend this Dr. SHE IS NOT TAKING NEW PATIENTS... But she accepts appointments?! Did nothing for my potential ear infection because it might have taken her nurse 10 minutes !
