Dr. Messina's office is in the medical plaza right by Weston Town Center…read more I've come to love this plaza because a lot of my Dr.'s that I love are in this area and this office is no exception! I came here because I injured my ankle after running a half marathon in 2019 and after years of feeling the effects of this injury, I wanted to get it checked out. I was recommended this office by my PCP. It was super easy to make an appointment which is starkly different from the many appointments I've had to make for my health this year. The staff was friendly on the phone and equally as friendly and efficient when I walked into the office for my appointment. I was checked in and taken back within 5 minutes. They asked what I was in for- quickly took x-rays of my foot, and Dr. Messina was in to see me in the next five minutes. Although my appointment with him was pretty fast, I didn't feel rushed and he talked through my concerns with me. He has great bedside manner and I've also heard nothing but great things on reviews. I was told that my appointment would only take around 20 minutes and they weren't lying. It was a super fast but helpful visit. Excited to finally heal my injury with the help of this office.

This doctor was very kind and courteous. His manner is not to reflect his low ranking. I went to…read morehim because of pain and a broken pinky toe, he told me I had to have surgery on my sesmoids due to them being fractured. I pulled my records and saw yes my sesmoids where in two parts but the separation was not jagged as seen with a true break. A bipartite sesamoid bone is a normal anatomical variant where a single sesamoid bone (usually under the big toe) is divided into two distinct pieces. This occurs due to an incomplete fusion of the bone during development. I didnt need them taken out as he wanted to do. He said I would get used to walking without them. I took my xrays to other doctors and they said I didnt need surgery. That they were bipartite. I am heal and fine. Now another strike against this doctor he didn't set my broken toe correctly and when I stand my toe is sideways. Hurts to always walk.

If you're looking for a primary care doctor, then this place is the place for you. They are…read moreprofessional and always have lots of time slots open for your appointment needs. The office is located outside on a different area than the actual Cleveland Clinic hospital. They have a small parking lot and a decent size waiting area. When you first walk in, check in at the reception desk and then sit down to wait for your name to be called. The wait time is usually less than five minutes if you're on time for your appointment. The doctor is very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. I had all my questions answered within the 30 minute time frame that they give you. They check your vitals and your overall health. Go to your yearly check ups people, it's good for you! They also will give you the necessary immunizations right then and there. However, to get blood work done, you would have to go to an offsite clinic such as Quest Diagnostics. After you're done, you wait in the waiting room and get called to the check out desk. They will make any appointments for you then and there. Overall, it's a good spot to get your annual physicals.
