Went to see Dr. DiPasquale for a medial issue in September of 2024. While there, learned he was…read moreauthorized to renew medical marijuana cards, so I went ahead and did that too. I've had a medical card since the law passed, so I've had years to learn what works and what doesn't. My prescription NEVER changes. I was crystal clear as to what products I use and for what reasons: creams & transdermal patches for pain, edibles to sleep, and vapes over actual flower marijuana because it's supposedly healthier. That's it. It could not have been more simple as it's the same RX I always get. Dr. DiPasquale and his staff are very friendly and disarming, so I wrote a great review that day. However, Dr. DiPasquale and his staff essentially did the exact opposite with my RX. Within a day, I learned I had zero creams prescribed and zero edibles. I called the office thoroughly confused at how they could have gotten the RX completely backwards. Within a couple of days, the RX was fixed to include the creams and edibles. Fast forward to the first week in April 2025. I walked into the same dispensary I've been going to forever and was really surprised to learn that the amount I was prescribed for vapes had been exhausted. The sales person said that I was only prescribed 6,700 units, far less than the 17,000 units a first timer would get (and I'm far from a first timer). Further, I learned that I had a boatload of actual marijuana flower that I still had available. I am currently able to purchase more of that than I've used combined in the last decade. Not once since the law passed have I even come close to reaching my limit on anything prescribed to me. Again, I was crystal clear --- I use the vapes not the "flower". I was prescribed the exact opposite. After speaking with staff about it, I was transferred to Dr. DiPasquale himself. Explained the situation. At no point did he dispute that a mistake was made. Also at no point did he offer to fix his mistake without me coming in with another $200 cash. Dr. DiPasquale would not budge. He could have fixed his mistake easily. He and/or his staff could have easily seen exactly what I've been prescribed since I received my card. It would show them in black and white they essentially prescribed virtually all of it wrong. The doctor claimed it had been 7 months and that I should have alerted them if there was anything incorrect BEFORE the prescribed amount was exhausted. Short of me reviewing the state's database, I had no way to know that I was only prescribed a small fraction for vapes versus what I had been prescribed for years. Every RX up until I saw Dr. DiPasquale is identical. It's 100% their mistake, they didn't dispute that, and I won't be paying another $200 for them to correct what they did and what I know for a fact they can easily fix. This practice is an ATM machine, clearly very, very profitable. In this case, a wealthy physician overseeing a booming practice was more concerned with his $200 cash than fixing such an obvious mistake on their part. So now I will take on the responsibility of posting this review everywhere I can -- because other potential patients have the right to know that they'll need to double and triple check their state renewal RX -- because this is not a practice where people listen very well or take accountability for their mistakes.

We went to go see Dr. Meyerson and we had to go see him twice for the very same thing. First time -we went when we finished the visit with Dr. Meyerson -We were told to go to the front desk . They let us know the surgical coordinator would have to contact us to schedule the appointment for the surgical procedure. We were never called; months later we called to see after several. I mean several, several calls we were told that we had to come back to be seen by Dr. Meyerson and spend extra money to repeat the same process. Then we waited again. Met with one of his associates, Brittany Villa, and explained my condition. She checked and saw nothing wrong and her suggestion was to pinch my nose and breathe out of mouth and to keep doing that and it should help. The care I received was less than I expected. PS...... found another doctor who solved my problem on first visit..... Imagine that...
