Went to see Dr. DiPasquale for a medial issue in September of 2024. While there, learned he was…read moreauthorized to renew medical marijuana cards, so I went ahead and did that too. I've had a medical card since the law passed, so I've had years to learn what works and what doesn't. My prescription NEVER changes. I was crystal clear as to what products I use and for what reasons: creams & transdermal patches for pain, edibles to sleep, and vapes over actual flower marijuana because it's supposedly healthier. That's it. It could not have been more simple as it's the same RX I always get. Dr. DiPasquale and his staff are very friendly and disarming, so I wrote a great review that day. However, Dr. DiPasquale and his staff essentially did the exact opposite with my RX. Within a day, I learned I had zero creams prescribed and zero edibles. I called the office thoroughly confused at how they could have gotten the RX completely backwards. Within a couple of days, the RX was fixed to include the creams and edibles. Fast forward to the first week in April 2025. I walked into the same dispensary I've been going to forever and was really surprised to learn that the amount I was prescribed for vapes had been exhausted. The sales person said that I was only prescribed 6,700 units, far less than the 17,000 units a first timer would get (and I'm far from a first timer). Further, I learned that I had a boatload of actual marijuana flower that I still had available. I am currently able to purchase more of that than I've used combined in the last decade. Not once since the law passed have I even come close to reaching my limit on anything prescribed to me. Again, I was crystal clear --- I use the vapes not the "flower". I was prescribed the exact opposite. After speaking with staff about it, I was transferred to Dr. DiPasquale himself. Explained the situation. At no point did he dispute that a mistake was made. Also at no point did he offer to fix his mistake without me coming in with another $200 cash. Dr. DiPasquale would not budge. He could have fixed his mistake easily. He and/or his staff could have easily seen exactly what I've been prescribed since I received my card. It would show them in black and white they essentially prescribed virtually all of it wrong. The doctor claimed it had been 7 months and that I should have alerted them if there was anything incorrect BEFORE the prescribed amount was exhausted. Short of me reviewing the state's database, I had no way to know that I was only prescribed a small fraction for vapes versus what I had been prescribed for years. Every RX up until I saw Dr. DiPasquale is identical. It's 100% their mistake, they didn't dispute that, and I won't be paying another $200 for them to correct what they did and what I know for a fact they can easily fix. This practice is an ATM machine, clearly very, very profitable. In this case, a wealthy physician overseeing a booming practice was more concerned with his $200 cash than fixing such an obvious mistake on their part. So now I will take on the responsibility of posting this review everywhere I can -- because other potential patients have the right to know that they'll need to double and triple check their state renewal RX -- because this is not a practice where people listen very well or take accountability for their mistakes.

Dr. Greene was able to diagnose my issue as a simple throat thrush caused by my inhaler after about 5 minutes of questions and inspecting my mouth. I have no idea why 3 other doctors could not diagnose this but, he was and very quickly. The entire office experience was great from start to finish and Dr. Greene is very personable. I highly recommend him and his office.

I felt as though he was disinterested and blew off my sinus symptoms. My PCP referred me to see an ENT as I am having and have had awful sinus issues. They have been getting worse as of lately and I feel miserable. I recently had a CT per my PCP and instead of getting the images from my PCP, he ordered another CT. He is definitely not worried about cost for the patient. I am a nurse and I am very aware of patient assessment. Other than looking in my ears briefly and briefly putting a tube up both nostrils to look at my sinuses and nose he did not assess me. It was a waste of my time and money. I do not recommend going to him. I could go into more detail of my issues and visit but i don't want to waste anymore of my time. I found another ENT that I will be seeing who has a hundred amazing reviews. Despite it being a month out, it's worth it to see a dr that cares and actually wants tot treat the issue. I was told to plan to spend at least an hour with this new dr for a full assessment and history. Huge difference in that alone.

I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional behavior from a medical office in my life…read more I called this urgent care simply trying to book an appointment because I was extremely ill and could barely speak due to a severely sore throat. Instead of helping me, Tabia flat out refused to schedule the appointment and literally told me to hang up and book it online. I explained that I was sick, that I would have to get in the car immediately to make it there and that speaking was very painful for me. She continued to make the process unnecessarily difficult, forcing me to repeat myself multiple times while I was struggling to get words out. At one point, when I was clearly having a hard time speaking, she laughed. Laughed. I asked her to please just hold the appointment since I would be there in 15 minutes and could provide all my information in person. She refused. I then calmly asked to speak to her manager, Thomas. She refused that as well and would not allow me to speak to anyone else. When someone calls urgent care, it is because they are not feeling well and need help -- not because they want to argue with a gatekeeper who seems more interested in being dismissive than compassionate. The lack of empathy, basic customer service and professionalism was staggering. Stay far away from this location. If this is how they treat sick patients over the phone, I can only imagine how they handle care in person.

He carefully interviewed me for almost an hour and came up with a diagnoses and a game plan that worked almost immediately. Awful taste in my mouth was the main problem. A taste I could not live with. Dr. Eric Loch was filling in for my awesome Ear, Nose Throat Surgeon - Agnes Nall when I met him. She had performed a total thyroidectomy on me a few months ago and scar was very small and positioned in natural neck line, compared to what I was seeing with other surgeons. Anyway she was on vacation and my mystery could not wait. I was really impressed I received the same careful care I received with Dr Nall with Dr Eric Loch. This issue was about dentist and oral surgeons vague with me but claiming I needed like four different RE-Route canals in my upper mouth and it just really became clear I had something wrong with my sinuses although no stuffy nose at all. Dr Eric Loch figured out I had something simple but rather serious that also alleviated OTHER problems I was having such as blood pressure constantly high no matter how many BP meds I was on. His diagnosis was tentatively (until formal sleep study) Sleep Apena. I am not sure I really believed him until I got home and began protocol for sleep apnea and read up on it. This explained blood shit eyes, awful snoring, high blood pressure and constant lethargy, among other symptoms that can be anything. My life got better VERY FAST because of Dr Loch. He gave me like five simple things I could do right away, and the next morning I felt better than I have in a few years. And by the way if they have to scope you its so simple you wont even notice. They can go down all three ports at once, very fast and took like a few seconds. My weekend was so great, it was the first weekend I felt really good in a long time also. Bottom line I had sleep apena bad and snoring is not normal. There are dentist trying to market sleep apnea products but I do not think they let saliva move or address the nose (which is the most important thing to address) so I will go with equipment about the nose. So Manatee Ear, Nose Throat are ALL really good specialists and I noticed most of their staff are patients. One has constant tinitus. So they seem to also recognise their staff are important and seem to treat them really well.
