As you enter you sign in and wait to be called. First off Cristina is amazing, she's very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficiently with her work she really does try and work with you. I would highly recommend her even though she gets really busy during the tax season. This is actually the first time that we waited about 2 hours. We arrived at 8:30am and there was about 7 ahead of us. It got to the point where they called someone that came in after us that we decided to look at the list and we were frustrated to see that my name was crossed out. I thought I heard my name but when she called it a man stood up and went. So this whole time we were waiting we could have been done. I feel the workers should call out the first and LAST names on the list only because there are so many names that sounds so familiar. I have a Hispanic last name and I'm far from hispanic and when she called out my name it sounded like she said Jose and maybe that was the reason why that man took my spot. It was definitely frustrating. Other than that this place is great. She did up her fee but it's worth is since she's really doing what she can to give you the "maximum" tax return you can get.
