Great dentist. Shares an office with Dr. Allen. Friendly and helpful staff. We have two insurances, so no copay and no out of pocket costs.

This was my first visit to Personal Care Family Dentistry, and I only wish I had come here much…read moresooner. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was warm, friendly, and inviting. The hygienist was both professional and personable, and I honestly felt that the cleaning I received was one of the best I've had in a very long time. At my previous dental office, appointments felt rushed -- my cleaning there was finished in about 10 minutes, including X-rays! Dr. J was thorough, professional, and refreshing. He took the time to do a complete exam, made recommendations, and answered my questions without making me feel pressured into additional services like I experienced at my former office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a caring and professional dental team. You won't be sorry!

The office staff is horrendous. They come and go, but very nasty. My husband would call over and over to get it fixed just for them to reverse the primary. Then I get a text telling us we have an unpaid balance of $700 shortly after an appointment that we would have paid before leaving the office if we were told. Text speaks for itself. They also threatened to withhold our records until the balance was paid. Also, do not expect any fillings to stay in. I've lost 2, my husband has had 3 appointments in a month period because his kept falling out. My daughter ended up at Aspen to get hers fixed. I'm tired of fighting with a dentist that will accept both insurances and being mistreated. After calling today for an afternoon appointment and repeatedly offered an 8:30, I was told to just come in December. I have never written a bad review for anyone, but this one is deserving. I only wish that I could post pics of the texts.

So my husband and I had our cleanings last evening. Yes, last evening. I have never had a cleaning…read moreso late but that is when they scheduled us. I suppose it isn't a bad thing since it allows options for those that can't get off from work. The atmosphere was a little different. More cheery and welcoming. We were a little early but we were appropriately taken back at our assigned appts. My husband came out and nodded to me that his experience was better. Same Hygienist cleaned the room and then came and got me. She was cordial and identified who she was. She even apologized for not seeing me last time but stated it was due to the Doctor being with me. (I don't buy that since my husband saw her and his Dentist on the last visit and I didn't). The TV was off in the room and the chair was facing away from the door. I felt like I had the privacy and calm environment I was use to. Overall she was professional and accomplished my cleaning quickly. She made recommendations and addressed issues such as me needing to focus on my back teeth more. (Always have to be reminded). And then she walked me out and was gracious about letting me know that I could make another appt for months or I could call back. I chose to make a call later to get in. My overall impression is they may have made some changes in how they approach their patients on admit and execution of their services. It was end of day and I was surprised that they didn't seem exhausted. A few other people came in after me and it seemed they were treated with the same respect. I hope this continues for their patients going forward.

AWFUL. WARNING. DO NOT GO HERE. I had a 4:30 PM appointment…read morethat I thought was for a cleaning. No one told me it was only for an exam and X-rays, and that I'd have to schedule another appointment for the actual cleaning because I was a new patient. I was told the dentist would be in within 5-10 minutes, but he didn't come in until 5:30 PM. When I told him I was upset about wasting my time, and I just needed a cleaning. he just said he was sorry and there was nothing they could do. I should have listened to the other reviews warning people not to go here. Poor communication and a complete waste of time.

Dr. Graves was by far the best dentist I have ever been to! Not only is his personality great but…read morehis staff is just as pleasant! I was very nervous going in to have a tooth extracted (I've never had the procedure done) he was extremely honest about the procedure and informed me of the various other options that could be performed I opted to just have it pulled. He made me feel at ease, and was very cautious to ensure the extraction was pain free! OH! And his prices are extremely reasonable! He certainly gained my trust, and another life long patient! Thank you Dr. Graves and your amazing staff!

Needless to say, the repair job didn't last 24 hours and now i'm told that i can't see the dentist until ipay the $150.00 they seem insistent that needs paying for a repair that didn't last a day on a bridge that didn't last a year. When you put your trust and money into a service and then are shown the door when it doesnt work out as promised it's almost easy to see why people go "postal". I'm disappointed, feel betrayed and bitterly angry all at the same time. This is not how i want to be and am seeking alternative solutions but i would steer clear of this practice who not only doesn't stand behind their work but look to profit from their shortcoming.
