To whom it may concern,…read more I visited the Massapequa office and saw Dr. Lippe on March 6, 2026,because of pain in my left wrist. They took X-rays and found nothing so I was sent for an MRI which I had done On March 11, 2026. No one in the office was able to confirm whether or not an authorization was needed so my wife and I spent two days coordinating phone calls between the office, insurance company and Wantagh MRI to finally get this straightened out. This begins a world of frustration with this practice. I retuned for my follow up visit March 12, 2026, only to find that that was no concrete issue as to why I am experiencing the pain in my wrist so Dr. Lippe suggested a follow-up visit with the hand specialist and suggested that he call in an Rx for an anti-inflammatory to help me get some immediate relief. When I followed up with my CVS pharmacy Thursday afternoon I was told there was no Rx called in. After several phone calls with the office and being told that they would get back to, it is now Friday, March 13, at 1 PM and still no Rx or relief as I sit here in pain. My wife just called again and was told - "Yes we see the message and will get back to you" now 24 hours later. This was my first time at this practice and I would never return again not for a hand specialist or any doctor for that matter. I have been to many Doctors in my time and never experience such non- compassion or complete incompetence. I will make sure this is posted on every media channel can post it on as I sit here in pain with no relief after spend a week dealing with this incompetent practice. To say frustrated - is an understatement. To be continued...

I returned to have my right knee x rayed to determine a solution to my discomfort. This review only references Dr. Robert Lippe, an orthopedic surgery specialist, who examined my injury. From what I read prior to my visit, Dr. Lippe specializes in hip and knee replacements, trauma, and osteoporosis care. Dr. Lippe was knowledgeable, thorough, and quite pleasant. I felt confident that he would provide me with the right choice medical attention for my knee.

He explained how I would get better and how long it would take. He explained how hard it would be but he would make sure that I ended up with full range of motion. Every single staff member from the front desk to the staff that placed me on ice and heat was considerate and caring. They all even knew my name. She wants to get off the patches, that's why she was there. She assumed he would lower the dosages of the patches to ween her off them. That's why he's a Pain Management doctor right? I normally take my mother to all of her doctor appointments, but on this day my father took her. I am a Teacher, and couldn't take her that day. My mother walked into the room. He proceeded to interrogate my mother!! He proceeded to ask her questions, and when she would try to answer them he would cut her off and ask her another question, not letting her answer. My mothers neck has been hurting her, she had cervical spine surgery with Dr Palumbo years ago, and it's been hurting, he knew this.. and he kept walking around not looking at her, and my mother would follow him by turning her neck, and told him it was hurting and he said nothing! Totally disregarded my mothers neck hurting! He questioned her, and my mother could not remember certain things, and he was annoyed, and continued being rude to her!! She tried talking to him about her pain, and he stated I didn't ask you that! He continued to interrogate her, with an attitude!! My whole family are professionals, and Law Enforcements. He even asked her angrily was she ever ARRESTED!!!! My mother is a caring, loving and kind woman, and this man treated her like a damn criminal!! He wanted urine from her, so she went into the front, to get the cup, and couldn't go to the bathroom, so she told the girls at the front desk she couldn't. She told the girls she would sit and wait until she could provide the urine. She told them she was going out front to get her pocketbook from my father, and the girl told her.. IF YOU LEAVE THIS BUILDING YOU CANT COME BACK, and THE DOCTOR WILL REFUSE TO TAKE HER AS A PATIENT! So she asked a young man sitting in the waiting room out front, if he could go to a silver car outside and ask my father to give him her pocketbook, and the man did it for her!!!! My dad gave him her bag! At this point my mother was so horrified and so upset she was shaking! She's 78 years old!!!! How dare this man treat my mother the way he did!!! He interrogated her as if she was a addict!! She was put on the patches so she could have a better quality life! She went to him so he could ween her off the patch!! That's his profession! I contacted Dr Sharma told his girls to document how Dr Jan treated my mother word for word, AND I CONTACTED THE BOARD OF MEDICINE!!!
