Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. Shear Shack came up & I was able to make an appointment on her website which was awesome. I arrived & Kristy was as sweet as could be. I showed her a picture of what I wanted & discussed some concerns which she addressed & really helped put me at ease. Kristy was so friendly & we chatted the whole time, I love that I wasn't just sitting there in an awkward silence which has happened at other places before. I felt like we were old friends. She REALLY knows what she's doing! My color is great & I love my cut, it looks so healthy! To top it off, her salon interior is AWESOME & totally retro!
