Miami Roofing put in a new roof back in August of 2009, shortly thereafter I began to show water damage on my interior walls and ceiling. After several years of being told it is not the roof, by Miami Roofing and even the builder inspector for Miami Shores. I tried everything I could to resolve the issue, sealed the cracks on the exterior walls, put up a awning on the front door thinking it was coming in from the front door, since all the water damage was to the front wall, had the interior walls re-cemented and painted, only to have the same water damage come back over and over again. I even had my ac ducts replaced!! Because if you are told it is not the roof, you try everything else. I always knew it was the roof, but I was being told by what I thought were people who knew roofs it wasn't. I finally decided to have several roofers come out I never told them it was a new roof, just showed them the water damage and asked if it was coming from the roof, well guess what it is the roof! I have received quotes to get it fixed that are not cheap, and considering all the money I spent on trying to fix everything else but the roof and repainting the walls over and over again..I have spent so much money on what should have never happened if this company didn't do such horrible work and tell me otherwise. I filed two complaints with the BBB and got nowhere now I am going for a 3rd and from their small claims court. You would think they would have looked deeper then the surface to find out what the problem was, but they never did. They simple got up on the roof and looked at the surface and said no not the roof. If Miami Roofing told me they would put a new roof on for nothing I wouldnt take them up on the offer..run dont walk to another roofer if you want quality work. read more
