He did mention the name of Miracle Leaf, but when I asked him his name, because where I come from I like to address individuals by their first name and say good morning and let that person know the reason for my calling. This man that works in the Margate office was so rude, when I asked him for his name, he said "I don't like to give my name out!!!" My question to Miracle: why do you have this person working for your office if he cant give out his name!! Are you hiring illegal people that refuse to give out their name when they are representing your company? I asked this individual if Ms. Tamyira was in the office and he said "No"! Changed from the Coral Springs Miracle Leaf to the Margate Miracle Leaf. Went about 2 weeks before…read moreI expired. They entered my new prescription but cancelled my current prescription, and I could not make any purchases for 2 weeks until their new script kicked in. They blame this on the prior location, but I find it hard to believe the old location went on the website and cancelled me with 2 weeks left out of the blue. They refused to correct the issue. Today the new prescription kicked in. I had been approved for a 4.0 exemption and doctor specifically told me she would continue that, but they did not, so I am now back to 2.5. They are demanding that I drop off medical records for their file before they will correct this problem. They are rude and arrogant whenever I have called to correct these issues. Stay away!
