On January 26th, I called Miracle Leaf around 10:54am. I am a patient, I wanted to speak with Ms…read more Tamyira and she was not there on Monday when I called. I wanted to confirm my appointment for that week, and a young man answered the phone. He was very rude! He did mention the name of Miracle Leaf, but when I asked him his name, because where I come from I like to address individuals by their first name and say good morning and let that person know the reason for my calling. This man that works in the Margate office was so rude, when I asked him for his name, he said "I don't like to give my name out!!!" My question to Miracle: why do you have this person working for your office if he cant give out his name!! Are you hiring illegal people that refuse to give out their name when they are representing your company? I asked this individual if Ms. Tamyira was in the office and he said "No"! He did tell me she comes in the afternoon... I cant believe your office would hire someone that doesn't have any phone ETIQUETTE!!! Your office needs more people like Ms. Tamyira who is a PROFESSIONAL at heart!! When I showed up to my appointment and I addressed my concerns with Ms. Tamyira here she was apologizing for someone else's lack of Professionalism. I highly recommend have Ms. Tamyira trains your employees....It is clear that your office will be losing customers due to this poor customer centricity. I am big on customer service and its sounded like I was calling an illegal establishment. Very disappointed. I will not be referring anyone to that office if you continue to hire employees that have NO Customer training....Phone etiquette is a big plus for me. Disappointed patient/customer who has referred people in the past to your office. ME I will give Ms. Tamyira a 5 STAR+++++!!!! Train your employees before they go to another office...
