I think how much you'll enjoy this depends on how crowded it is. My girlfriend and I came here on…read moreSunday around four to do the unlimited rounds, and on the first course they start you on--Sapphire--it was too crowded. There were huge groups all over and kids running around, and all of the holes are pretty close to each other, so we felt a little cramped while waiting a while for the big group ahead of us to play through. As we continued playing, and headed up to the two courses upstairs--Emerald and Ruby--the crowds thinned out and we were able to have more fun. No more long waits to play and more space to breathe and not feel like people are all over you. As for the courses themselves, my favorite and recommended course is Sapphire. It has the most unique and fun course design. Emerald and Ruby basically have the same course design, and were not as fun. The only downside is that Sapphire seemed to consistently be the most crowded course. In between rounds we stopped for a drink at the bar and got the non-alcoholic spritz, which was not very good. We didn't try any of the other food or drinks though. All told, I'd come back, but only later at night when it's less crowded.

This place is getting the low rating mostly because the one lady that was posted in front of the…read moresapphire course on the first level was absolutely the rudest human I've ever met in the service industry. She completely ruined my experience on that course by being rude, she didn't let us type in the number the way we had been doing it so she messed up our leaderboard and score tracking. She was absolutely the worst. I would never go back because of her. The place itself is fine. There's only 3 courses which isn't much variety, other Puttshacks have 4. I feel like there's a lot of wasted space. There's also a lot of glitches on some of the obstacles. The one air hockey one didn't give you the bonus like it was supposed to and most of the moving pieces were glitching or completely broken and the starting point on many of them were broken. The 25$ all you can putt deal is fantastic though. I absolutely love this deal and would purchase it any time. But I would never go back to this location ever.

However, today I went and some things have changed that have made the experience a bit different. Today's class had almost 20 people and it felt like we were stuffed in there. There wasn't really enough space to enjoy the yoga without worrying about hitting someone while doing it. There was also only 5 puppies for the amount of people that were there. Before they used to snap a photo of you with a Polaroid, they no longer do that. The first time I went it felt more intimate but this time it felt more business like. I am a fan of this but these changes took away some of the essence. It was also really really hot in the studio. I did enjoy the new wellness shot at the start of class and the green juice.

I discovered puppyshere on instagram and I signed up for the first class I was able to attend. It also helped to know that they were going ro have super cute Frenchie as the puppy of the day. The studio is small but intimate. You're treated as the door and you're asked to pick a mat. Once the class start they have 45 mins of yoga, while the puppies come by to play. After yoga they give you 30 mins of playtime with the puppies while you sip on champagne or juice. They even come around and take a cute picture of you with the puppies. Loved puppy yoga

This is the first time I come to Jungle Island at this location and it was okay. As soon as you go…read morein, you can still take pictures with parrot. This is a staple of theirs as I remember doing that as a child when it was called Parrot Jungle. However, the place seems to be falling apart and it was evident with red decorations falling off at the entrance. This is something that can easily be fixed. The children's play area is nice and pretty big. The treehouse, trampoline and the Beyhive were unique. The treehouse playground though needs a little bit more of an upkeep as part of the ground is lifting and things are falling apart. Seeing the animals was great. I fed a goat and enjoyed doing that but again some of those animals enclosures need more of an upkeep. The animal show at 11:30 AM is a little outdated. I would recommend changing it to make it more entertaining. Overall, if you come, don't have much expectations. It's a nice thing to do after you have done everything else in Miami.

Just makes finally having visiting this venue so much more special with how incredible it is. Secondly, amazing is how big it feels despite its size and location (granted, I visited at night for a special event, so your mileage may vary) - though I admit, the exhibits seem too small for some of their fauna inhabitants. Third and finally, visiting it for said special event, Luminosa, was ABSOLUTELY wondrous. Made the visit absolutely worth it (even if my bus almost missed the stop). Plus, the staff is so kind and accommodating. We as a society need to invest and support spaces and places like this that not only offer incredible experiences, but also give back to all its visitors and urban spaces they inhabit - even if they're on a small, missable island (jajaja).

I'm always hesitant because I'm such a lover of animals and zoos are not necessarily my favorite…read moreplace so I'm worried about the state that they are in. While I was here many of the animals had a fair amount of space and were definitely more taken care of than their original situation. For example, some of the monkeys were lab monkeys and other others were owned by civilians who thought they could take care of exotic animals when they clearly couldn't. I do wish the lions have more space for that many being in one enclosure, but it looks like all they did was lay down and sleep in the sun basking so they may just be happy like that The price is a little bit expensive for a general tour, but I don't think it's not worth it. We took the general wildlife experience and were able to have a tour and then also visit with a couple exotic species, including a couple of ball pythons, a really awesome spectacle owl, which was my favorite and some other reptiles. Overall, I think it was worth a visit, but I'm not sure I'd come back again since I feel like I saw everything unless it was for an encounter. The otter encounter seems the most interactive so I'd recommend that one. Our tour guide was Mikayla, and she was very honest and gave facts that she knew and nothing that she did. I do wish the different enclosures had labels on them to give us an idea of the names of the species and where they're originally located as the tour guide wasn't able to answer one of our questions about them but gave what she knew. I kind of like the idea that people aren't allowed to go roaming around the property on their own banging on enclosures and trying to stick their fingers through bars. I think it's just a really good safety precaution. You will be limited to about an hour worth of a visit overall I had a great time.

This experience was amazing!!! This place was recommended to me after my friend went on a field…read moretrip with her students. We booked the general wildlife tour. It was 50 for adults and 25 for kids. It includes a one hour tour of the whole zoo. It is phenomenal how close you can get to the animals, including the lions and tigers, monkeys, capybara, sloths, etc. It also includes a hands-on experience with five animals. We were able to hold an alligator, a snake, feed a lemur, and touch an owl. You can book (for an additional price) close encounters with specific animals, but it was super enjoyable without doing this. I only wish it would be longer! Our tour guide Kique was amazing, knowledgeable, and patient with us! I would love to return again.
