We didn't give him much time to plan because we honestly wanted to get out of town ASAP. This was my very first time using Ryan and his company, We Own South Beach Concierge. I wanted to celebrate my Birthday weekend in style at Fontainebleau and checked all rates on Priceline. Before I booked, a friend of mine mentioned We Own South Beach and when I called, Ryan answered personally. Not only did Ryan accommodate a much better rate than Priceline, I was given VIP access at check-in, personalized photo cookies that were waiting in my suite along with complimentary bottled water. Ryan also provided a complimentary spa pass for use of the amenities. I had the best Birthday weekend and I really appreciate the efforts of We Own South Beach. Thanks for going above and beyond! I will definitely reach out to Ryan and his team when I plan my next trip to Miami!

I would also like to add that our room at the Fontainebleau was exceptional. It had an incredible view and was impeccably clean upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a great stay. Ryan personally followed up with us throughout the trip, consistently checking in to make sure everything was going well and to see if we needed anything at all. That kind of care and professionalism truly made our experience unforgettable.

When you need the best to be handling your corporate travel plans or pleasure reach out to them. Not only can Yvette and her team give you great advice but they are fast. Sometimes you need advice and other times you just want someone to handle the logistics of organizing the trip. They are great if you need to just book a trip for yourself, coordinate a trip for the company or a family vacation. I just send her a quick email with location and dates and I get back 2-3 options of travel. I then tell her which one to book and it's done. I book 80% of my travel through them, the other 20% I book online. E-mail Yvette, tell her I sent you ;-) yvette@fourseasonsmia.com PS - and although the company is called Four Seasons Travel it has nothing to do with Four Seasons Hotels.

I was out in touch with Sploria who handled everything very professionally, quickly, and attentively. We chartered an Azimut yacht that cruised from Miami Beach, around the islands of the rich and famous, past the skyscrapers of downtown, and to a cool cove where there were a lot of other boaters enjoying their day. We anchored there for a few hours while we ate an awesome spread of catered food and even had a bartender preparing us all drinks. We had a seabob and an e-foil rental as well for some additional fun. Our reservations team was always super responsive, including adding an extra hour to our charter so we could drop off some friends as Casa Neos on the Miami River. Highly reccomend Sploria if you are looking for. Reliable yacht charter agency with a huge selection, low rates, and tons of additional options for rentals and catering. 10/10 would reccomend!
